Notice About Employee Meetings In People's Church And On The Election Of The Employee Representative On The Congregational

Publication of the staff meetings in the church and on the choice of worker representatives in the parishioners

Purline 3, paragraph 3. 2, and section 36 of the Law on Congregation, cf. Law Order no. 771 of 24. June 2013, shall be determined :

Employee meetings

§ 1. In all parogne, at least one annual staff meeting is to be held. The purpose of the employee meeting is to create a forum for mutual orientation and dialogue on significant issues, decisions and ideas of importance for the workplace.

Paragraph 2. Participant in the Employee Meeting :

1) the contact of the parishionus, or the person responsible for this operation, if any ; the daily manager,

2) a selected member of the parishionous council and

3) The priests in the parish.

Paragraph 3. Other members of the Council's elected members and all staff shall have the right to participate.

Paragraph 4. The Employee Meeting will be disbursed and is led by the members of the parish council or another elected representative of the parishionus council.

Paragraph 5. Notice of holding the employee meeting with 14 days ' notice. The communication must contain a preliminary agenda.

Paragraph 6. The time for the sitting to include time counted as working time for the employees attending the meeting.

§ 2. The Meniency Council may decide that more ordinary Employee meetings are held annually or an extraordinary employee meeting.

Paragraph 2. An ex-Associate Employee Meeting will be held when one of the items in section 1 (2) is held. 2, no. 3, mentioned priests or at least two employees from each of the following areas of negotiation want it : Denmark's Cordees Association, Danish Organist and Kantor Society, the Association, Commonwealth of Church and Cemetery workers, Danish national and Cemetery, Danish and Cemetery, Danish and Cemetery, Church of the Church, United Church Church of Denmark, Denmark's Church of Denmark, HK, Kirkeculture, now and 3F.

Paragraph 3. The provisions of section 1 (1). 2-6, and sections 5 and 6 shall apply mutatis muth to the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. One and two meetings mentioned.

Paragraph 4. The people in paragraph 3. 2 meetings may be convenes with less notice than 14 days, if the priest or the two persons request it.

§ 3. If there are several congregation staff members of staff, a majority of the congregation advisability will decide that there will be a joint employee meeting (s) for the collaborative parishioners instead of the local employee meeting.

Paragraph 2. The joint employee meeting will be berammed and led by one of the contacts of the parishioners or another elected representative of one of the church councils.

Paragraph 3. The provisions of section 1 (1). Paragraph 2-3 and paragraph 1. 5 to 6 and sections 5 and 6 shall apply mutatis muth to the provisions laid down in paragraph 1. 1 mentioned meetings.

§ 4. At cemeteries, which are the boards of several congregation of the parishioners, the staff meeting may be held.

Paragraph 2. In the staff meeting, two representatives of the cemeteries are involved, who must not be employees of the church or the cemetery.

Paragraph 3. Other members of the cemeteries and all staff shall have the right to participate.

Paragraph 4. The Board of Directors may decide that more employee meetings are held annually or an extraordinary staff meeting. An Extraordinary Employee Meeting will be held when at least two employees from each of the following areas of negotiation want it : the United Federation Church leaders, Commonwealth of Church and Cemeteries, HK and 3F.

Paragraph 5. The co-worker meeting is disbursed and led by one of the people referred to in paragraph 1. 3 mentioned representatives of the cemeteries board.

Paragraph 6. The provisions of section 1 (1). Articles 5 to 6 and sections 5 and 6 shall apply mutatis muth to these meetings.

§ 5. At least one annual employee meeting will inform the clerks and employees about :

1) the last accounts and budget of the church ;

2) planned services and meetings, etc.,

3) other activities in the parions,

4) the intended construction and non-eviction work,

5) consideration of local issues, fixtures and machinery,

6) due, where appropriate, a holiday, free day and other scheduled absence for clerks and staff ;

7) the workplace assessment-including the status of any deviation action plans ; and

8) rules for selecting an employee of the parishionus council, cf. Section 7 of this notice, as well as section 3 of the Law of the Church.

Paragraph 2. At least one annual employee meeting is carried out as a mandatory point for the annual work environment review in the workplace, cf. the rules of working environment legislation,

Paragraph 3. The employee meeting may further discuss the following questions :

1) the organisation of work,

2) security measures,

3) trust and cooperation ;

4) well-being and psychological working environment,

5) guidelines for employee development talks ;

6) skills development,

7) guidelines for and working conditions, by the way,

8) general lines relating to staff, salaries, health services, senior and severance policy ; and

9) other decisions which may lead to significant changes in the organisation of work and the employment conditions of workers, including conversion projects and considerations and plans for cooperation with other congregation of the parishioners.

Paragraph 4. The Committee of the Congregation or an employee of a general evaluation of the overall flow of the development cooperation agreements shall be carried out as a general evaluation of the progress.

Paragraph 5. Concrete payroll and employment terms and selections of candidates and openings for openings cannot be discussed at the employee meeting.

Paragraph 6. It is the responsibility of the Council of the Council to ensure that all employees are kept in writing in writing of conditions that have been reviewed and discussed in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 3, and to keep the church council informed of the discussions at the staff meeting.

§ 6. Participants in the Employee Meeting are bound by professional secrecy when a law or other valid provision is classified as confidential, or when it is necessary to keep it secret in order to take account of the essential considerations of public or private interests.

Election of the members of the parishionus council

§ 7. The members of the parish and in the graveyard select the representative who, pursuant to the Congregation of the Congregation Act, has the right to participate in the meetings of the Council, cf. however, the limitations provided for in paragraph 1. 3.

Paragraph 2. Only the employed or constituted churches in the parish or in the cemetery are optional, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. If the parish council comprises several congregation, one representative shall be chosen to attend the meetings of the Council pursuant to section 3 of the Congregation Act.

Paragraph 4. The selection is made at an employee meeting and will take effect for one year at a time.

Paragraph 5. It shall be borne by the Council of the Council of Ministers to ensure that all employees are informed of who is selected for the representative of paragraph 1. 1.

Entry into force

§ 8. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November 2014.
