Publication of the amendment of the staff in the emergency services

§ 1

Notice no. 41 of 21. 1 January 1998 on personnel in the emergency services, as amended by Notice No 2 ; 49 of 27. January 2006, Notice no. 192 by 18. March 2008, proclame no. 1395 of 10. December 2010 and Notice no. 331 of 30. In March 2012, the following changes are made :

2. § 4 ITREAS :

" § 4. In the state regional emergency preparedness, service time is nine months for host-servicemen.

Paragraph 2. In the case of a host ' s obligation to provide training as a guardiantor or undergoing training as a reserve officer, the service shall be up to 18 months.

Paragraph 3. The Emergency Management Board may impose a service obligation, due to negligence or other similar reasons, from the training as intermediator, a total service period of up to 12 months.

Paragraph 4. A service can be restored to the service of a total of 1 lunar duration. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2013.
