Law on the abandonment of overruns etc on the railway line between Hobro and Aalborg

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1. The Minister for Transport is hereby authorised to drop over-run and establish replacement installations on the railway line between the Hobro and Aalborg, as well as in this context to rebuild Skørping Station.

§ 2. The Minister for Transport shall be empowered to acquire the areas and property, etc., which are necessary in the case of the abandonment of overruns and the establishment of overruns on the railway line between Hobro and Aalborg, as well as the conversion of goods ; of Skørping Station.

Paragraph 2. Expropriation shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in the law on the immoveable property procedure.

Paragraph 3. The replacement shall be determined by the expropriation and taxing authorities under the procedure for the execution of property in respect of fixed property.

§ 3. Protection of the protection of natural protection laws and conservation in the name of the museum slop in the case of the use of areas necessary for the closure of over-run and the establishment of replacement installations ; the railway line between the Hobro and Aalborg and the rebuilding of Skørping Station alone by the minister of transport, after this Act, maps of natural sites and maps of the cultural historical characteristics linked to the line between Hobro and Aalborg are apparent in the case of the main ; of Annexes 1 and 2.

§ 4. The Minister for Transport may, as far as is necessary in order to avoid any significant delay or inconvenience in the establishment of the facilities referred to in Section 1, determine that requirements, exclamation or prohibition of the environmental protection law not applicable ; shall apply.

§ 5. The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.
