Publication of art in public space

Chapter 1

Objective

Chapter 2

Procurement and distribution of works of art for the public space

§ 3. The purchase of works of art shall be made in order to place the works on institutions to which the public has access, cf. § 4.

Paragraph 2. Procurement of works of art is carried out by the Statens Kunstfonds LegatCommittee for art and the Arts of the Statens Arts Committee for Client's Arts and Design.

§ 4. The State's Art Fund must place the art of art works on state, regional, municipal and other institutions. The distribution of works of art obtained shall be carried out by means of the institutions having purchased works made available for a period of not less than five years and a maximum of 10 years, cf. section 5, and provide the foreman to which the public has access.

Paragraph 2. The distribution of works of art purchased shall be carried out on the application of the institution concerned or on the own initiative of the committees.

Paragraph 4. The distribution of the purchased works shall be carried out on the basis of the architectural qualities of the applicant institution, to the extent of public opinion, suitability for presentation and exhibition of works and the availability and availability of the shipyards ; conservation conditions.

Paragraph 5. The State Arts Fund shall lay down the procedures for the location of the Fund ' s works, including the institution ' s responsibility for the storage of the works.

Paragraph 2. The state and state recognised art museums can apply for works 10 years after the date of the purchase. The Board of Culture is finally deciding on the distribution of the works to museums. The hosts are then part of the collection of the individual museums as their property.

§ 6. The works of art made available to institutions shall be transferred to the institution concerned as their property 10 years after the purchase of the plant, unless they are taken as a museum piece of interest, cf. § 5.

Paragraph 2. When special circumstances speak for it, then ownership may be transferred to the institutions earlier.

Paragraph 3. With the takeover of ownership of the plant, the institution will assume responsibility for the maintenance of the works of art.

Chapter 3

Ordering for public spaces

§ 7. Order works for the public space are being handled by the Statens Armastipck's Legatarchate Institute for Billing. The art of public space may include other arts than art. The committee shall collaborate on specific projects in the public space with committees for other art areas in the State Arts Fund.

§ 8. Government, regional and municipal institutions can seek to enter into cooperation with the State's Art Fund for the project of works of art in or at the institution concerned.

Paragraph 2. The State of the State shall take a decision to cooperate with the applicant institution following an assessment of the architectural qualities of the institution, a degree of public opinion, suitability for presentation and exhibition of works and the works of the guardians ; availability and conservation conditions.

Paragraph 3. The State Arts Fund may, in exceptional cases, cooperate in the design of works of art in the public space, cf. paragraph Two, with private institutions. Such cooperation may be made subject to the provision of adequate guarantees to safeguard the conservation of the works of art for the public.

Paragraph 4. Order works for the public space require as a general rule co-financing from the applicant institution. In exceptional cases, the State's Art Fund may be able to complete a request for an order.

Paragraph 5. The State's Arstown Fund may, in a lesser extent, seek to promote the purpose, cf. § 1, through other initiatives other than ordering plants, including draft outlines, ideas for ideas, competitions, and support for already projected works of art in the public space, etc.

§ 9. In the case of order works, the ownership of the institution shall be transferred to the institution at the transfer of the plant.

Paragraph 2. With the takeover of ownership of the plant, the institution will assume responsibility for the maintenance of the works of art.

§ 10. The State's Art Foundation advises artistic adornment of state construction, according to the rules applicable to all the rules applicable under the law of public developer activities.

§ 11. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2014.

Paragraph 2. The date of entry into force of the notice shall be repealed. 1465 of 16. December 2010 on the procurement and distribution of the works of art in the State of the State.
