Law on the Law of Congregation's Law

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law of the parishionus, cf. Law Order no. 146 of 24. In February 2012, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 347 of 3. April 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 1 (1). 3, in a pastorat ' to : ` in a prov path `.

§ 9. The Council of Meniency has opted for or outside his midway 1 church guardian. Church shareholders who are employed by the church or the graveyard cannot be chosen for a church guardian. If there are two or more paroged joint parish parish council, one church will be elected for every church. In parish with several churches, one church can be chosen for each of the churches.

Paragraph 4. The chairman and the Vice-President of the Council may, at the request of the Commission, exempt the rest of the period of operation.

Paragraph 5. When a Chairman or Vice-President will be relieved of his duties, or to be released from the parish council, new elections shall be made according to the rules in section 11 for the rest of the outgoing chairperson or the second term office of the Vice-President of the Council.

Paragraph 6. When a member of the parish council elected to one or more of the individual monies referred to in section 9 (2). 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, and 9, or the parishioners are replaced by the parishioners, the choice shall be made to the individual or individual records for the rest of the operation of the outgoing member. 8. Section 13 (1). 2, ITREAS :

9. Section 13 (1). 4, ITREAS :

3) meetings, cf. ~ 10 (1)) 5 and 6, and section 11, in which the choice of chairman and vice-chairman and the choice of the individual items referred to in section 9 shall take place,

4) the meeting in which a binding vote is carried out in the context of preoccupations or to give an opinion on the test for procration, or

5) the meeting in which the choice of members of the provstian committee or the founding council shall be made. ` ;

10. § 14, 2. pkt., revoked.

11. I § 15 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. A member standing as a result of temporary relocation from the parish may enter the parishioners when the person concerned resides in the parish, and if this is done within six months after the removal. If a member wishes to reenter after 1. PC shall, before its temporary transfer, shall give the Church and the bishop in the foregoing. ` ;

Paragraph 3-5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 3. 4-6.

12. I Section 15 (3). FIVE, ONE. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. SIX, ONE. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. One-four : " to the following paragraph : ONE-FIVE.

13. Two places. § 17, paragraph 1. 1, ' Committees ` shall be replaced by the words ' church and cemeteries '.

14. I § 17 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. The Council of Meniity, which consists of five elected members, can decide that there should not be a standing church and cemeteries to be set up. The tasks of the committee shall be carried out by the parishionous Council. `

15. I § 19, 1. pkt., ' Committees ` shall be replaced by the words ' church and cemeteries '.

16. The following section 20 is inserted :

" § 20 a. Two or more congregation may set up a Joint Employment Committee or a Joint Committee on the Cemetery of Cemeteries when they work together under Clause 42 a or 43. The Joint Committee is acting on behalf of the parishioners.

Paragraph 2. In addition, two or more congregation of congregation which cooperates under section 42 (a) or (43) may, in addition, set up a joint committee responsible for carrying out tasks corresponding to the tasks of a special committee, cf. 20.

Paragraph 3. The participants in the cooperation shall lay down the rules of the joint committee ' s activities in the Staff Regulations of Cooperation. ` ;

18. § 22 ITREAS :

" § 22. The Council of Ministers shall take a decision on when and where ordinary meetings are to be held. The meeting schedule will be published at the beginning of every church year. The time and place of each meeting shall be published.

Paragraph 2. Extraordinary meetings are to be held when the chairman of the parishioners, a parish priest or at least one third of the Members want it. The President shall lay down the time and place of the extraordinary meeting of the meetings and shall be published as far as possible prior to the provisions of the Council.

Paragraph 3. The Council of Ministers may lay down rules on the duration of the Council meetings.

Paragraph 4. A list of cases which will be dealt with at the meeting of the Board of Congregation and a printout of the decision-making protocol shall be subject to the restrictions resulting from the rules on confidentiality as far as possible is published.

Paragraph 5. More parishionts in a pastorate to be assembled for a joint meeting at the request of

1) a parishioners,

2) The chairman of one of the parishioners,

3) one of the parishioners, or

4) one third of the members of each of the parishioners.

Paragraph 6. Joint meetings are convened and led by the chairman of the main parishioners of the head of the head. The meetings shall be made public as far as possible prior to the holding.

Paragraph 3 becomes paragraph 3. 4.

23. § 33 revoked.

26. I § 41, paragraph. 3, pasted as Act 2. :

" Stop. 5. Publication of the holding of congregation is taking place after the Council's rule in a way that ensures that as many as possible will be informed of the organisation of the sitting. The publication shall indicate the issues to be addressed at the meeting. ` ;

28. § 42 a, paragraph. 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The detailed rules for cooperation shall be included in a memorandum published on the website of the Foundation. However, in the cases where cooperation relates to individual activities and where the single expenditure is settled immediately and held proportionately by the church crates of the participating parities, the parishioners may refrain from drawing up a statute. '

29. I § 42 a, paragraph. 3, is replaced by ' and of where the Staff Regulations are presented and may be obtained from ' to : ' and, where the Staff Regulations are published and where it can be requisitioned '.

30. § 43, paragraph. THREE, TWO. pkt., revoked.

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on the 15th. June 2013.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
