Swear of the Holstebromotoro Road,

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1. The minister of transport is authorized to build a motorway on the line from Snow Mountain, south-west of the Herning, to the Holstebridge Nord and to take a two-track country road in the extension of NORs Ringway in the Holstebridge from the Mozartway to Vilhelmsvej, which shall be classified as a municipality. Furthermore, the current main road is downgrading 422 on the line from the LZ to the Aulum to the Called Road to the State Road, when the freeway is under way.

Paragraph 2. The trainsets, which are attached and declassified respectively, are laid down in Annex 1 of the Law.

§ 2. The Minister for Transport may, in exceptional cases, at the request of the owner, expropriate a property that is particularly affected by it in section 1 (1). 1, mentioned project before the date of the prescribed expropriations.

§ 3. The Directorates or the Directorates authorised to do so may, on private property, perform the archaeological inquiries necessary for the construction work, cf. § 1.

Paragraph 2. The Directorates or the Directorates authorised to do so shall not, at least 28 days before the conduct of investigations, shall be carried out in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 notify the affected property owners or users. If it is not possible to notify, information on this subject must be published in local media, the same.

Paragraph 3. damages caused by the owner as a result of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. The said examinations shall be laid down, if no contract is concluded with the owner, in accordance with the rules laid down in the Act on the immoveable property procedure.

§ 4. The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2014.
