Appendix 1

Completion on the marking by the repair or removal of marine-armed vehicles on motorway and so on.

Purline Section 47, paragraph. 3, and section 118 (1). 7, in the road traffic law, cf. Law Order no. 1055 of 9. November 2012, as amended by law no. 1389 of 23. December 2012 and Law No 627 of 12. June 2013, and after negotiating with the Minister of Justice, the following shall be determined :

§ 1. In the case of the execution of the repair on the spot or the removal of a marine-related vehicle in case of a suspension of part of the lane on the motorway or the road traffic road, cf. section 47 (3) of the traffic law. 2, the vehicle traject; shall be marked with a trackoff vehicle.

§ 2. A lockout vehicle that is in use after § 1 must be built as shown on Figure 1, as the targets for the individual elements can deviate with +/-5%. In addition, the following requirements are provided for a lockout car in accordance with section 1 :

1) The cordon must have mounted a horizontal, high-seated and a horizontal shallow O 45 Sponrebom, cf. Notice no. 802 of 4. July 2012 on road marking , in the dimensions of 200 × 50 cm. The low-seated O 45 Span Rebom must be located not more than 1,0 m above terrain. The horizontal O 45 Sparn bombers The tractor must have red boxes in both ends and must be a retroreflecting.

2) The cordon must have fitted two vertical lobe O 45 Span Bomb. Vertical O 45 Sparn bombers the dimensions of the dimensions of 250 × 40 cm. The Vertical O 45 Sparn bombers The confinement cart must have white fields in both ends and must be a retroreflecting.

3) The cordon should have a low-seated. Z 93 Gult blinking signal , cf. notification of the marking, mounted in each page of 1,0-1.5 metres above terrain, measured to the underedge of light sobbing and a high-seated Z 93 Gult blinking signal The mounting in each end of the high, horizontal, O 45 Sponrebom, cf. no. 1. The four Z 93 Gult blinking signal must have an indicator frequency of 1,0 second and a blink-duration of 0,2 second or a blink frequency of 1,5 second and a blink-span of 0,9 seconds. Z 93 Gult blinking signal have a circular lymphazing with an area of not less than 250 cm ; 2 .

4) The jamming carriage shall be provided with D 15 Prohibited passage , cf. notification of road marking, for at least 50 cm the size and with the flashing light, cf. Figure 1. Lighting and blinking must be located at least 2,5 metres above terrain measured to the underedge of the light soles for the lowest placed on the ground ; Z 93 Gult blinking signal, cf. no. 3 that constitute the cross / arrow. Blinting intersection and light-sharper on roadblocks and vehicles must have a blinking frequency of 1.5 seconds and a blink-duration of 0,6 seconds.

Paragraph 2. The marking referred to in paragraph 1. 1 shall have at least the same width as the vehicle in which the barrier vehicle is fitted.

Paragraph 3. A barrier vehicle shall not exceed two main tablets with corresponding sub-board.

Paragraph 4. Farm harness on a blockbutting carriage shall not cover vertical or horizontal O 45 Spie Bomb, cf. paragraph 1, no. 1-2. However, this does not apply E 16 Carriage Lane : , cf. notification of road marking.

Paragraph 5. Light Spile and D 15 Prohibited passage or D 16 Optional passage, cf. notification of road marking, on a cuckoff vehicle shall not be allowed to impose passage on road haulage road haulage.

Paragraph 6. High-sitting Z 93 Gult blinking signal in a lockout car, cf. paragraph 1, no. 3 shall not be used in the dark, with blinking yellow lighting or yellow blinking.

§ 3. A barrier vehicle in use in accordance with section 1 shall be located during the execution of the repair or removal of the site at 200 metres behind the seagarised vehicle in the lane which is involved.

§ 4. Persons performing the repair and / or affixing by the blocking vehicle after this notice shall have a course that complies with the requirements set out in Appendix 1.

Paragraph 2. Proof of course is issued. The course certificate shall be valid for 5 years and will be renewed in the course of taking part in a new course.

Paragraph 3. The certificate of liquidation shall be brought when the person concerned is repairing and marking with the blocking vehicle after this notice, and shall be presented to the police on demand.

§ 5. The responsibility for marking affixing in accordance with this notice and that the repair or removal is not carried out prior to affixing shall be incumbated to the natural or legal person who carries out the repair or the removal.

Paragraph 2. The responsibility for marking in accordance with this notice shall be the responsibility of the natural or legal person who performs the aftaction.

Paragraph 3. The violation of section 1-4 is punished by fine.

§ 6. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-4.

Paragraph 2. The section 2 of the BekendtDecision shall apply only to the confinement vehicles acquired after the 31. December 2015.

Paragraph 3. Until 2028, a lockout truck that is acquired before the first 1. In January 2016, equipment shall be fitted as they are in use after Section 1 :

1) The jamming carriage shall be provided with a O 45 Sponrebom, cf. Notice on road marking, with a height dimension 0,5 m with an over-terrain over terrain.

2) The cordon must be at least 2,0 m width and height to the top of the upper barrabom shall be 4,0 m. However, the cordon must have at least the same width as the vehicle in which the barrier vehicle is fitted.

3) The confinement cart must have at least one yellow blinking signal at each end of the beam of the cordon, cf. no. 1, located at least 3,0 metres above terrain, and a board ; D 15 Prohibited passage, cf. notification of road marking, at least 90 cm size. The yellow blinking signals must have a 200 millisecond period of light. Under the yellow signalling signals and the underlining of at least 2,5 m height, one O 45 Span Rebom with height dimension 0,5 m.

4) The cordon must have fitted yellow halogenlamps which may alert the traffic to the right or the left "on the right or left" on the road.

Paragraph 4. Persons carrying out the repair and affixing of the blocking vehicle after this notice shall at no later be later than 1. In November 2013, the course referred to in section 4 has been implemented.

Duration : 2,0 days.

Target formulation for the course

In the course of the course, the participants must obtain basic knowledge of correct marking and subsequently be able to mark correctly by the repair or disposal of motor vehicles on motorways and the road roads.

It is essential that the safety aspects are taught in the security aspects, thereby increasing road safety for other road users as well as ensuring their own safety on the road.

The course shall contain the following main elements :

● Road rules for the marking of road works (including, inter alia, laws and rules for afmarking, requirements for marking plans, responsibility for and supervision of corders, interactions between the road authority, developer and police)

● Traffic safety (including, inter alia, factors that affect road safety including road safety, car and driver ' s condition)

● Work environment (including planning and organization of work so that it may be carried out safely in a safe way)

● Contingacy (including inter alia how the accident is limited)

● Industry guides and instructions concerning emergency rescue preparedness, cleaning up by accident m;

● Practical brine-related marking tasks with a focus on the use of the board of board-relics.
