Publication of special conditions for the approval of the training of occupational education, professional undergraduations, higher education and training courses (academic training) and diploma-education

In accordance with paragraph 21 (1), Amendment No 4. 601 of 12. June 2013 on the accreditation of higher education institutions shall be fixed as follows :

§ 1. The announcement shall apply in the case of the approval of the higher education establishments in the field of vocational training, professional training, higher education, higher education and diploma, cf. notification of the accreditation of higher education institutions and the approval of new higher education establishments.

§ 2. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education approves a commercial nature of occupational education and higher education training (academic training), which is a need for the health of the profession of vocational education, cf. Section 4 of the law on vocational training for higher education. The Minister shall also approve the profession of professional training of vocational training and higher education training (academic training), which is a need for professional training to be provided in accordance with the requirements of the professional training school. Section 4 (4). Three, in the law on higher education training schools. However, it is a condition that professional training school is set up by a merger of one or more professional schools and one or more professional academics.

Paragraph 2. Is a professional training school not subject to paragraph 1. 1, the Minister may approve its call for vocational training or higher education training (academic training), if there is a need for the provision of training which cannot or is likely to be covered by the invitation to tender, paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3. The Minister can approve the fact that a maritime education institution that is authorised to provide higher education can offer an education or higher education training in the maritime area of vocational training or higher education.

Paragraph 4. An approval pursuant to paragraph 1. 1-3 is provided to cover the need for the supply of the relevant training in the institution ' s statutory supply area or a specific geographical area.

§ 3. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education approves a professional level of professional training and diploma training, which is needed for the professional training school to provide, cf. Section 4 of the law on vocational training schools for higher education. The Minister also approves the media and journalistic school tendering of the professional qualifications and diploma in the high school area, which is needed for the media and journalistic scholastic school to provide, cf. Section 4, in the media and journalistic school class.

Paragraph 2. The Minister approves of the occupational nature of the technical and mercantile professional qualifications and technical and mercantile diplomas needed for the academics of vocational education. This is, however, a condition for the fact that the profession of the profession has concluded a partnership agreement with a professional training school, cf. Section 6 of the law on vocational training for higher education and section 5 a in the law on higher education schools.

Paragraph 3. The Minister can accept that a training institution, which is not a professional school, can offer a professional training or a diploma, if there is a need for the provision of training which cannot or is expected to be covered ; of invitations to tender approved in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 2, cf. however, paragraph 1 4 and 5. An approval after 1. Act. can only be provided to a training institution within the public administration of state approval for the provision of one or more higher education.

Paragraph 4. The Minister can approve the University of Aarhus and the Technical University of Denmark following the merger with the University High School of Aarhus and the University of Ingenicity in Copenhagen may offer professional qualifications and diplomas in the field of vocational training in Copenhagen ; Engineering. The Minister can accept that the University of Copenhagen, following the merger of the Information Science Academy, can offer diplomatic training in the field of information science.

Paragraph 5. The Minister can approve the fact that a maritime education institution approved for higher education can offer a professional degree of professional education or diploma in the maritime sector.

Paragraph 6. An approval pursuant to paragraph 1. 1-5 shall be given to cover the need for the supply of the relevant training in the institution ' s statutes of the institution or a specific geographical area.

Paragraph 7. The minister shall take the latest by 31. December, 2014, which profession school adopys an approval under paragraph 1. 2.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013.
