Publication of ballot papers for the use of municipal and regional choices

Under Section 49, in the Law on municipal and regional choices, cf. Law Order no. 127 of 11. February 2013 :

§ 1. The ballot papers shall be of a carton or paper with a gramopless weight of not less than 120 g/m, 2 The voting notes for the municipal management board shall be printed on white material. The seals for regional councillors must be printed on yellow material.

Paragraph 2. The ballot papers shall be able to be groused in such a way that they can be closed down by the voters in the voting box, without anyone being able to see how it has been voted.

§ 2. The top of the ballot papers shall indicate large, fat types :

1) In the Copenhagen Municipality of the European Parliament, the term 'Civil Representatives' has been 'added to the year' s election.

2) In the other municipalities, the word 'Municipalities' or the word 'City Council elections' is the name of the municipality ' s name, according to the name of the municipality council in the municipality's management statute, with the addition of the year of the elections.

3) In the regions the word 'Regionals', with the addition of the year ' s election year.

Paragraph 2. Immediately under the provisions laid down in paragraph 1. 1 the words and the number of the year are state the name of the region respectively.

Paragraph 3. Immediately, in the name of the municipality and directly above the fat, horizontal line referred to in section 3 (3). 3, 3. pkt., enter regular types : " Set the x in one of the check boxes to the right of a list name (a para name) or a candidate name. Put one x on the ballot box. Immediately on the right of this text, the illustration of a hand holding a pencil pointing a pencil pointing to a section of the box shall be inserted.

§ 3. The voting notes shall contain a separate field for each of the approved nominations. Candidate lists that have signed List Federation are specified in the same field, cf. § 10. The fields are placed under each other in alphabetical order according to the letter designation of the nominal lists. Candidate lists that are not assigned a letter name, cf. Article 36 of the law shall be indicated at the bottom of the voting notes in alphabetical order according to their list designation.

Paragraph 2. If multiple candidate lists are allocated the same name, the list of candidates shall be given in accordance with the figures added to the letter as defined in the letter. however, section 10 (1). 4.

Paragraph 3. The fields must be separated from each other at a bold, horizontal line. Also, the upper and lower field must be started and end with a fat, horizontal line. The fat, horizontal line with which the upper field is beginning shall be twice as fat as the other fat, horizontal lines.

§ 4. In the case of each field, the letter ' s letter name of the candidate list shall be shown, followed by a sentence of a cool type. The letter designation shall be placed immediately in the left edge of the ballot box. In addition, if several candidate lists are allocated the same term designation, the figures added to the letter shall be the name of the voting board. Paragraph 2. The names of the candidates in the order in which they are indicated on the candidate list are either under each other or on the columns next to each other, cf. § 9.

Paragraph 3. If the candidates are listed in a specific order (partilist), before the candidates ' names are set up in front of the candidates, a number that denotes this order. The number shall be shown in Arabic terms followed by a period. If the candidates are siblings, no numbers are set.

§ 6. The names of the candidates shall be given in the first name or initials of the candidates.

Paragraph 2. The candidates shall be entered on the ballot notes with their full name, unless the candidate list has indicated how the name is desired. The candidate's last name or middle name and at least one first name or first letter must always be specified. Only between-and last names which the candidate is entitled to follow after the naming law or middle names registered in the Central Person Register (CPR) may be entered on the ballot. Instead of the first name, enter a nickname that is derived from the first name.

Paragraph 3. The names shall begin immediately in the left edge of the ballot box.

§ 7. In cases where the electoral board considers that there may be a mix of candidates ' names, the names of the candidates shall be given a short term, either in a position or place of residence for the candidates concerned. In other cases, the position or residence of the candidates shall not appear, cf. However, § 8.

§ 8. On the ballot papers for the election of a municipal board, if a candidate list requests that, in the extension or under the names of the candidates ' candidates the designation of the geographical location in which the candidate has his or her residence.

Paragraph 2. On the ballot papers for the choice of a regional council, if a candidate list requests this, in the extension or under the names of candidates candidates, the designation of the municipality or geographical location where the candidate is nominated ; has his residence.

Paragraph 3. Written request for the application of the latter referred to in paragraph 1. 1 respectively. The designation of the ballot papers referred to in paragraph 2 shall be submitted to the chairman of the electoral board, at the same time as the list of candidates. The request shall contain information on the person referred to in paragraph 1 in paragraph 1. 1 respectively. The description referred to in paragraph 2 shall be mentioned on the ballot papers. The request shall be signed by all the candidates and candidates on the candidate list each candidate list. The request cannot be revoked.

§ 9. The outer right of each candidate's name and a possible designation for a position or place of residence, cf. section 7, or the geographical location or municipality where the candidate has his residence, cf. § 8 (3) 1 and 2 shall be placed in a check box with half-fat bars. The checkbox must be separated from the right edge of the ballot box. The checkbox must have such a size that there is enough space to put an intersection.

§ 10. The choice board may decide that the candidates ' names in each field must be shown in two or more vertical columns.

Paragraph 2. If it is decided to include the candidates ' names in two or more columns, the names of all the candidates shall be divided equally among the columns to be separated from each other with very fat, vertical lines. The boxes for the candidates ' names, which are thus created, must all be equally wide. A decision to include the candidates ' names for two or more of the columns must include the candidates for all the candidate lists on the ballot. In each column, the names of the candidates shall be indicated as specified in section 5 to 8.

Paragraph 3. The outer right of each candidate's name and a possible designation for a position or place of residence, cf. section 7, or the geographical location or municipality where the candidate has his residence, cf. § 8 (3) 1 and 2 shall be placed within each column of semi-fat lines a check box. The checkbox must be separated from the right edge of the column. The checkbox must have such a size that there is enough space to put an intersection. The diamonds for the names of the candidates shall have such width, that the name of each applicant ' s name and the name or place of residence, cf. the names of the candidates for the candidates. section 7, or the geographical location or municipality where the candidate has his residence, cf. § 8 (3) 1 and 2 is ample space to insert a check box.

§ 11. Candidate lists that have signed List Federation are entered in the same field on the ballot. This field shall indicate at the top of the common name of the nominal nominal list, followed by a period and the common list name of a nominal list.

Paragraph 2. The common list name and the right edge of the ballot box shall be placed in a check box with a half-fat box. The checkbox must be separated from the right edge of the ballot box. The checkbox must have such a size that there is enough space to put an intersection.

Paragraph 3. Each candidate list within the list-related list shall be separated by semi-fat, vertical lines in each of its heading, immediately below the common letter and the list designation and separated from here by a half-fat horizontal line. Paragraph 5. The boxes of three and four mentioned boxes shall be a check box. The checkbox must be separated from the right edge of the box. The checkbox must have such a size that there is enough space to put an intersection. The box for each candidate list shall have such a width that the right of each candidate's name and a name or place of residence, cf. for each candidate ' s name and a possible designation. section 7, or the geographical location or municipality where the candidate has his residence, cf. § 8 (3) 1 and 2 is ample space to insert a check box.

Paragraph 6. If all candidate lists of the same alphabetic and list names are not included in the list-related list, the list of candidates that have signed the list association shall be indicated in the list referred to in paragraph 1. 2 manner specified in the same field prior to candidate lists with the same letter and list names that do not participate in the list-related list. The latter candidate lists shall be indicated in section 4 in the manner in and separated from the preceding at a fat, horizontal line.

§ 12. Every check box on the ballot box must be the same size.

Paragraph 2. Each left and right edge of each check box shall have the left edge of the other checkboxes to the right edges of the check box.

Paragraph 3. If the candidates ' names on the ballot box are listed in two or more columns, cf. ~ 10 (1)) 1, or the individual candidate lists within a list association are set out in each heading, see it in accordance with : Section 11 (1). 3 and 4 shall check the boxes in the column or the box on the right of the box on the right of the one in paragraph 1. 2 specified escape with check boxes in the fields in which there is only one column.
