Publication of interest on the payment of daily allowances and so on.

In accordance with section 46 (2), 5, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 1101 of 12. September 2013, after negotiation with the Employment Board :

§ 1. The rules on interest in this notice shall be applied when a member has not received a grant or the tax-free premium provided for in Article 74 m of a a box. The notice shall not apply to the Voksen and Aftereducation allowance (VEU drawback).

§ 2. A Member shall not have the right to interest if the late or non-payment of a due payment is due to conditions which are attribuable to the member.

§ 3. If a benefit is not paid on time, the amount shall be offset from the day of the due date, with the applicable mortars in accordance with the interest rate in paragraph 5 of the interest. The interest rate is not considered to be cleanup. The interest shall also be calculated according to the principles of the bill of interest.

Paragraph 2. The day of the fall is the date on which the box has been fixed, or which has been fixed in a different way. It shall be calculated at the time when the due payment actually has been paid out and available.

Paragraph 3. The calculation of interest shall not be changed, even if the interest is changed before the first possible conceptual day.

Paragraph 4. The interest may not be paid if the interest rate is less than the highest daily allowance for a day of full-time insured.

Paragraph 5. The A box is entitled to the reimbursement of the payment of the payment amount that has been correctly paid, cf. Act 79, paragraph. 1. however, the case of a case does not have the right to reimbursement of interest if a case is lost because of errors in the case processing, the entitlement to reimbursement loses the entitlement for the benefit, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, in the notice of the right of the cashies to reimbursement for paid services.

§ 4. The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. September 2013 1) .

Paragraph 2. The notice shall have effect on late or non-payment of benefits and the tax-free premium due to the timely payment of the 23. September 2013 or later.

Paragraph 3. At the same time, notice No 124 of 19. Feb 2009 on the interest on the payment of daily money, etc.
