Publication of the amendment of the notification of the eup-for-use substances

§ 1

Notice no. 557 of 31. May 2011 on euphoria, as amended by announcement No 1 997 of 12. Oct in October 2011, announcement no. 506 of 30. 'May 2012, announcement no.' 778 of 4. July, 2012, announcement no. 971 of 28. September 2012, procladition no. 99 of 30. January 2013, announcement no. 146 by 13. February 2013, announcement no. 230 of 6. March 2013 and Notice no. 348 of 3. April 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 83 as a new number.

" 83 a. 5F-Apinaca ( N -(1-adamantyl) -1-(5-fluoroopentyl) -1 H -indazol-3-carboxamide). `

2. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 87 as new number :

" 87.1. 5F-PB-22 (8-quinolinyl-1-(5-fluoroopentyl) -1 H -indol-3-carboxylate). "

3. Appendix 1, list B, no. 243, ITREAS :

" 243. Phenethylamine group :

Any chemical compound that is structurally derived from 2-phenylethan-1-amin, N -alkyl-2-phenylethan-1-amin, N -(methoxybenzyl) -2-phenylethan-1-amin, 1-phenylpropan-2-amin, N -alkyl-1-phenylpropan-2-amin, 1-phenylbutan-2-amin, or N -alkyl-1-phenylbutan-2-amin (R 1 , R 2 () at any substitution in the ring with alkyl, alcoxy, alcanyl bis (oxy) or halogensubstitutants (R 3 ). This is applicable regardless of whether the chemical is further reduced by one or more monovalent groups (R 3 () n .

General structure of phenethylamine-derived chemical compounds :

R 1 = H, alkyl, methoxybenzyl

R 2 H, methyl, ethyl

R 3 = one or more alkyl, alcoxy, alcanyl bis (oxy) or halogensubstitutants and, where appropriate, a number of monovalent substitutants.

The following substances with phenethylamine derived structures have been excluded from the phenolamine group and are listed as stand-alone substances on list B :
