In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 3, no. 9, in the legislation on seeds, potatoes and plants, cf. Law Order no. 195 of 12. In March 2009, Section 11 of the Clause of Plant organisms, cf. Law Order no. 198 of 12. In March 2009, Section 5 of the European Community regulations on schemes under the common agricultural policy funded by the European Guarantee Fund for agriculture and so on. (The agricultural aid law), cf. Law Order no. 445 of 23. April 2010 shall be determined :
Registration for registration
§ 1. Entities registered after the notice of plants shall pay the registration fee as set out in Annex 1 (s). 1.
Paragraph 2. Entities registered on the execution of plants and plant products shall pay the registration fee as set out in Annex 2 (s). 1.
Paragraph 3. Importers registered after notification of the importation of plants and plant products, etc., must pay for registration fees as set out in Annex 3 (s). 1.
§ 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1, a registered company that has paid the registration fee and is re-registered in the case of ownership change shall not be subject to payment of this fee.
§ 3. Businesses that have been registered only a part of the year may not require repayment or truncation of the annual registration fee.

§ 4. To cover the costs incurred by the Natural Acquire Management and Control pursuant to the notice of plants, and to cover the costs of the Natural Business Management for breeding and conversion operations under the terms of the Community the afforestation of forest seed and plants shall be paid fees as set out in Annex 1 (1). 2.

§ 5. § 6. Paragraph 5. § 8. If the Wildlife Board assesses that there is a need to carry out physical party checks prior to the issue of phytosanitary fifikat shall be subject to payment in accordance with section 6, cf. in Annex 2, no. 2.
Presence Agreement
§ 9. The Benefit Agency may offer registered undertakings to enter into an 'attendance agreement' in the context of the control and issue of plant health or re-export certificate.
Paragraph 2. The undertaking ' s request for an offering on a presence agreement must include information about the desired presence per. day and number of attendance days per week or month. The time room shall be mine. 1 continuous hour and as a starting point, within normal working hours. The request shall also include information on the type of seed, vegetable consumption or plant product, etc., which is expected to be exported, the expected number of batches of this and recipient land (s).
Paragraph 3. Inspection on importation
§ 10. In order to cover the costs incurred by the Agency for the importation of plants and plant products, etc., to cover the costs of the Benefit Management Board, in accordance with the publication of the fees provided for in Annex 3.

Due date
