Publication of the amendment of the publication of the labelling and so forth of foodstuffs 1)

§ 1

Notice no. 1308 of 14. December 2005 on the labelling, etc. of foodstuffs, as amended by publication No 1. 829 of 20. July 2006, Notice no. 416 of 29. 'May 2008, announcement no.' 1124 of 1. December 2009, proclame no. 27 of 12. 1 January 2010, Notice No 36 of 18. January, 2011, proclame no. 1166 of 12. December 2011 and procladition no. 1223 of 16. December 2011, the following change is made :

1. Appendix 5 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. December 2012.

Appendix 1

' Appendix 5

The allergenic ingredients, cf. ~ 10 (1)) 1, no. 3

1) cereal-containing cereal products (i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or hybridised derivatives thereof) and products thereof.
However, the following products of cereals shall not be regarded as allergenic ingredients : Glucose syrup based on wheat, including dextrose ; 1) Maltodextriner on the basis of wheat 1) Glucose syrup on the basis of barley. Cereals used for the production of leafers or ethanol of agricultural origin to spirit drinks and other alcoholic beverages.
2) Crustaceans and products on the basis of crustaceans.
3) eggs and products on the basis of eggs.
4) Fish and products on the basis of fish.
However, the following products of fish are not considered to be the allergenic ingredients : fish egelatine used as a carrier for vitamin or Carotenoidal preparations. Fishing or true house-blades used as a clinger in beer and wine.
5) peanuts and products on the basis of peanuts.
Soja and products on the basis of soya.
However, the following products of soy shall not be regarded as allergenic ingredients : total refined soya oil and fat, 1) Natural mixed tocopherols (E 306). Natural D-alpha-tocopherol. Natural D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate. Natural D-alpha-tocopherylsuccinate histems of soy. Phytosterols and phytosterolesters produced from plant oils derived from soy. Phytostanolesters produced from vegetable sterols obtained from soy.
7) Milk and products on the basis of milk (including lactose).
However, the following products of milk shall not be considered to be the allergenic ingredients : for the manufacture of distillates or ethanol and agricultural origin to spirit drinks and other alcoholic beverages. Lactitol.
8) Nuts, i.e. almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashewnuts (Anacardium occidenspeech), pecans nuts (Carya illinoiesis (Wangenh.) K. Koch (Koch), paran nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), queennut nuts (Macadamia ternifolia), and products thereof.
However, the following products of nuts are not considered to be allergenic ingredients : Nuts used for the manufacture of distillates or ethanol of agricultural origin for spirits and other alcoholic beverages.
Selleri and products on the basis of celery.
10) Mustard and products on the basis of mustard.
Sesame seeds and products on the basis of sesame seeds.
12) Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre expressed as SO2.
13) Lupin and products on the basis of lupins.
14) Bonian animals and products on the basis of molluscs. `

1) This also applies to products on the basis of this, provided that they are not likely to have increased the genicity of the EFSA discretionary employees of the product they derive from.
