Law on the amendment of the law on the use of plant protection products and inspections of equipment for the application of plant protection products in the soil

(Treatment of injecting information, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law on the use of plant protection products and inspections of equipment for the application of plant protection products in the soil, cf. Law Order no. 19 of 8. In January 2010, the following changes are made :

1. Loven title ITREAS :

' Law on the treatment of information on the use of plant protection products in the soil '

2. I § 1 inserted before paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

' The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may lay down the rules and implement the measures necessary for the application of the European Union regulations on the registration of information on the use of plant protection products. The minister may also lay down rules on the registration of information on the use of plant protection products in the soil in addition to the information resulting from the regulations. ` ;

Paraglical paragraphs 1 to 5 shall then be paragraph 1. 2-6.

3. Section 1 (1). 1, there will be paragraph 1. Article is replaced by the following :

" Stop. 2. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may lay down rules that the use of plant protection products must be reported to the owners and users of farm holdings. The minister may lay down rules on the design and content of the report. ` ;

4. I Section 1 (1). 2 and 3, there will be paragraph 1. The words ' records ' shall be replaced by : ' records ` shall be replaced by the following : 1 ' shall mean the following paragraph : TWO. "

5. § 2 revoked.

6. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, in the case of sections 1 and 2 ' shall be replaced by : ' in the European Union regulations on the registration of the use of plant protection products and rules laid down in accordance with section 1 `.

7. Insert after section 3 :

" § 3 a. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may, in the case of other public authorities, obtain the information necessary to verify compliance with the European Union regulations on the registration of data on the use of plant protection products and the rules laid down in accordance with section 1. The Minister may, in connection with this, make a composite and interconnection of information, including personal data, in control purposes. `

8. I Section 5 (5). 1, in section 1, sections 2 and section 3 (3), 2, ' to : ' European Union regulations on the registration of information on the use of plant protection products and infringements of section 3 (3). TWO, "

9. I Section 5 (5). 2, deleted ' and sections 2 `.

10. Section 5 (5). 3, revoked.

Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 4. 3.

11. § 6 ITREAS :

" § 6. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may, in cases of infringement of the European Union regulations on the registration of information on the use of plant protection products or of rules laid down in section 1, indicate that the case can be found ; shall be determined without trial, if the offence committed by the offence and declares itself prepared within a specified period of time to pay a fine as indicated in the ticket. It is a condition of the responsibility for the infringement being chargeable to one or more persons associated with the land use or the land use as such.

Paragraph 2. The rules on the Law of the Court of Justice shall apply to the contents of an indictment and that a charge is not required to express an opinion shall apply mutatis muchal to a fine.

Paragraph 3. If the ticket is adopted, further proceedings shall be suspended. `

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2013, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.
