The following changes are made:
1. In Annex 1 point 3.1 change changed ‘All amounts fields and number of packings are reported with negative signs (-) by return.’ to: ‘All amounts and quantity fields are reported with negative signs (-) by return.’
2. Annex 1, point 2, Field 03 is replaced by Annex 1 to this notice.

| The field should not be used by the hospital pharmacies. Instead, this is used 46.
For the sale of non dosed medicinal products, the box is filled with the number of packings.
When dose-dispensed medicines (field 03 = DD) the box is filled with number of devices (tablets or capsules).
In the sale of radioactive medicinal products, the number of packings can also be: number of vials, number of generators or number of kits.
For too much or too little paid grants (field 12 = 100015), the field is filled with 1.

| Field 16 The price of the expedition in ear incl. VAT
| Prices must be applied in ear including VAT. For VAT-free sales, the reported amount must be added to VAT.
Private pharmacies For prescription expeditions to individuals at pharmacies, the total price of the expedition is calculated as:
(Goldering medicine price + prescription charge + possibly complete mixing fee) x number of packings
In applicable medicine price, the price of the drug is understood including VAT, excluding the prescription fee.
In the cases where no prescription charge is triggered, the prescription charge is not recognised.
At pharmacies’ dose dispensation to individuals, the price of the individual product number is calculated which is included in the dose packaging as: Price per unit x number of devices.
The calculation of price per unit is stated in the notice of the calculation of consumer prices at pharmacy-occupied medicines, etc.
Hospital pharmacies Hospital pharmacies must report the hospital pharmacy’s last registered purchase price (SRIP) on the supplied drug added to VAT. No complete mixing fees, delivery fees, fees for waste or other costs. Fees can be reported separately.
For dose-dispensed medicines: SRIP on the packing that dose depensed from x amount of packing + VAT.
For service products referred to in Annex 2.2 and 2.3. : SRIP for the active ingredients + VAT.

»3.4 Examples of field fill
The table below shows which fields – if information is available – must be filled in by:
1. The sale of prescription drugs and receptor medicines prescribed by general practitioners, guard doctors, specialist doctors, dentists, dentists and hospital doctors for individuals and for use in their own practice (external type EI and DD).
2. The sale of veterinary medicinal products (external type DI and ID).
3. Pharmacies sale of hand buy medicine and free trade goods (external type HA, HF and SA).
4. Pharmacies of medicines for hospital departments, treatment institutions etc. (external type LI).
5. The sale of medicines for other pharmacies (external types SL and SD).
6. Pharmacies equalization of too much or for a little paid supplement (CTR) (external type UL).
7. The expedition of fees (external type AD and DD). However, the administration fees can be reported on one total line per month.
