The full text of the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on reporting of information for pharmaceutical statistics
§ 1
In executive order No. 193 of 1. April 2011 on the reporting of information to pharmaceutical statistics shall be amended as follows: 1. In annex 1 section 3.1 shall be replaced by ' All amount fields and number of packages must be reported with a negative sign (-) by reversals. ': ' all amount and quantity fields are reported with a negative sign (-) by reversals. '
2. Annex 1, section 2, Field 3 is replaced by the text in annex 1 to this notice.
3. Annex 1, section 2, block 13 shall be replaced by Annex 2 to this order.
4. Annex 1, point 2, Box 16 shall be replaced by Annex 3 to this order.
5. Annex 1, point 2, Box 46 is replaced by Annex 4 to this notice.
6. Annex 1, point 3.4 is replaced by Annex 5 to this notice.
7. Annex 2 shall be replaced by Annex 6 to this Ordinance.

Field 13 number of packages or units of the handled item number
This field must not be used by hospital pharmacies. Here used instead field 46.
From the sale of non-dose dispensed medicine packages field is filled in with the number of packages.
By dose dispensed medicinal products (field 03 = DD) field is filled in with the number of units (tablets or capsules).
On the disposal of radiopharmaceuticals can also be: number of packages number of vials, number of generators or number of kit.
By application of too much or too little paid grants (field 12 = 100,015) field is filled in with 1.

Field 16 the expedition's price of ear Inc. VAT
Prices must be indicated in the ear Inc. VAT. By tax-free sales, it reported amount be attributed to VAT.
Private pharmacies
For prescription expeditions to individuals on the expedition's total price is calculated as: Pharmacy
(Current medications cost + dispensing fee + evt. finished mixing fee) x number of packages
By applicable price shall mean the price of the medicine including medicine. VAT, excl. dispensing fee.
In the cases where there is no dispensary fee, included dispensary is triggered no fee.
By pharmacy dose dispensing to individuals is calculated the price of the individual item number included in the dose Pack as: price per unit x number of units.
The calculation of the price per unit is clear of the Consolidated Act on calculation of consumer prices of pharmacy-only medicines, etc.
Hospital pharmacies
Hospital pharmacies to report hospital pharmacy's last recorded purchase price (SRIP) on the supplied medicine attributed to sales tax. There must not be attributed to finished blend fees, delivery fees, fees for waste or other costs. Fees can be reported separately.
For dose dispensed medicinal products: SRIP at the gasket, dose dispensed from x subset of packing + VAT.
For service products referred to in article 6. Annex 2.2 and 2.3. SRIP: for the active ingredients + VAT.

Field 46 number of packages or share of packing from hospital pharmacies
The program fills in this field with the number of packages or units of a gasket. Shares of a gasket (dose dispensing/dosage unit) are reported with a comma.

» 3.4 examples of field filling the table below shows which fields – if available – must be filled out by, respectively: 1. Pharmacists ' sales of prescription drugs and prescription over-the-counter medicines prescribed by general practitioners, on-call doctors, medical specialists, dentists and hospital doctors to individuals and for use in own practice (dispatch types EI and DD).
2. Pharmacists ' sale of veterinary medicinal products prescribed (dispatch types DI and ID).

The list is regularly updated, and an updated list in electronic form can be obtained from the Danish Medicines Agency, Statistics and Analysis. Desired item numbers to new products must also be approached to do so.
