In accordance with Article 91 (1), 11, in the law on unemployment insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 838 of 4. In July 2011, after negotiating the Employment Council :

Scope of application

§ 1. This notice lays down which information (a) must register and disclose in connection with a transfer.

The current registration of member and pay-time contributions

§ 2. A box has to continuously register all member periods.

Paragraph 2. A box must continuously record all periods of paid post-wage contributions.

Scope of the registration

§ 3. The A box shall record the following :

1) Periods (date and year) in which the member has been a member of a box.

2) Periods (date and year) in which the Member has paid a paid contribution.

3) On pay-as-as-pay contributions are paid out in accordance with section 77 a in the law on unemployment insurance and so on.

4) Whether or not the member has been paid back paid in accordance with section 6 of the law. 1365 of 28. December 2011.

5) Whether or not the member has merged allowance paid in accordance with section 3 of Act 3. 1367 of 28. December 2011.

6) Member's insurance category during the membership period (full-time or part-time insured), including dates for changes.

7) Periods (date and year) in which the Member has had periods of insurance in another EEA country or of the Faroe Islands.

8) For which time the Member has been granted a derogation pursuant to the section 74a (3) of the law. 7.

9) Periods (date and year) in which the member has been in the gross validation allowance covered by Section 6 of the Act No 276 of 12. May 1999 amending the law on unemployment insurance and so on.

10) Periods (date and year) in which the member has paid the merging contribution.

11) Contribution periods according to the section 74a (3) of the law. 5.

§ 4. The A box shall record information for the required period from time before 1. In October 2001, for a member to sign up for the compensation scheme, which will be able to acquire the right to be paid for the right to be paid at a back-end study.

Transit to another a case

§ 5. If a member is transferred to another (a) box, the one-box to be transferred from the member shall carry out an electronic registration. The registration must be sent electronically to the new one-box according to the rules laid down in the notice of recording in and transfer between a-box.

Paragraph 2. Technical guidance on the form of the electronic registration is maintained by the cases of the cases of cooperation.

Entry into force.

§ 10. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. April 2012.
