The full text of the Ordinance on the General and increased tuition fees by general adult education and general secondary education
Under section 47, paragraphs 1 and 4, § 48, paragraphs 1 and 2, paragraph 49 (a) (1) and § 55 of the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education, etc. see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 880 of 8. August 2011, and text annotation nr. 191 ad section 20 budget for 2012, shall be fixed as follows: Chapter 1 General adult education (avu) § 1. The institution must charge tuition fees of students in general adult education (avu) for participation in teaching and tests as well as of an independent student charge for going to trial.
§ 2. The common tuition fee represents 110 DKK per subjects for students and even students in core subjects in general adult education: 1) Danish at basic level and at the levels G to D.
2) Danish as a second language at the basic level and at the levels G to D.
3) English at the basic level and at the levels G to D.
4) Mathematics at basic level and at the levels G to D.
5) Science at levels G to D.
6) Story on level D.
7) social studies at levels G and D.
8) German on basic level and at the levels G to D.
9) French at basic level and at the levels G to D.
(2). For other subjects in general adult education forms the common tuition fee per subjects 1130 USD for students and even students.
(3). With subjects referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall mean: 1) Course, which covers the subject's basic level and the integrity of the G or one of these levels, see. AVU-notice.
2) Course, which covers the subject's level of G and the subject's level F or one of these levels, see. AVU-notice.
3) Course, which covers the subject's level of F and the integrity of the E or one of these levels, see. AVU-notice.
4) Course, which covers the subject's level of E and the integrity of the D or one of these levels, see. AVU-notice.
5) A course/module, see. AVU-notice.
Chapter 2 General secondary education (stx og hf) § 3. The institution must charge tuition fees of students in general secondary education organised as single subject teaching for participation in teaching and tests as well as of an independent student charge for going to trial.
§ 4. The common tuition fee constitutes per subjects 450 USD for students and even students in the following general secondary school single subject: 1) Biology.

(2). For other general secondary examination course constitutes the common tuition fee per subjects 1100 USD, for students and for the students themselves.
(3). With subjects referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall mean: 1) a progression, as part of training for stx or hf end with a try after the curriculum in that subject, see. HF-single subject notice, hf-announcement, stx, hhx-executive order, Executive order-htx-notice and notice the electives.
2) Course in sports (C) of the basic regulation. Annex 13 to the hf-notice, even if the subject does not end with the trial.
3) A course/module, see. HF-single subject notice.
4) A trade group, see. HF-notice.
Chapter 3 Rules for the increased tuition fees section 5. Students who receive redundancy pay or a pension, see. § 6, and who are 60 years or more, per subjects in addition to the regular tuition fee pursuant to section 2 or section 4 of the pay a high tuition fee, which is set at the annual finance laws.
(2). Paragraph 1 does not include a student as 1) have paid full tuition fee, see. the provisions of section 47 (1), (3). paragraph, or section 48 (1), 5. paragraph, or 2) have had a labour Association of more than 8 hours per week on average in the last 12 weeks before the student's enrollment, see. section 7, paragraph 2, to the single subject teaching.
§ 6. By an age-related pension purposes: 1) old-age pension.
2) arbejdsmarkedets tillægspension.
3) Private pensions in the form of a subscribed) pension schemes with ongoing payments, b) rate insurance in pension purposes, c) index schemes associated with an index contract in accordance with the law on indexed age-operative insurance and old-age savings rate savings in retirement, d) purposes, e) savings in pension purposes in the Pengeinstitut and f) pension scheme with periodic payments, which is discontinuing.
4) occupational pensions in the form of a) pension schemes with continuous withdrawal and civil service pension, b) rate insurance in pension purposes, c) installment savings in pension purposes, d) index system associated with an index contract in accordance with the law on old-age insurance and indexed old-age savings, e) savings in pension purposes in the financial institution as well as savings in employees ' capital Pension Fund and f) pension scheme with periodic payments, which is discontinuing.
(2). Foreign pension schemes, which is equivalent to one of those referred to in paragraph 1 shall be treated as pensions, a similar Danish pension scheme.
(3). Pension schemes, which are no longer offered, but which one of them is equivalent in (1) the Board shall be treated as pensions, this pension scheme.
Chapter 4 common rules for regular and increased tuition fees at avu, stx and hf section 7. By signing up to the single subject teaching to avu, stx and hf shall inform the students, whether they have a higher education and whether they will receive redundancy pay or a pension.
(2). Students who receive redundancy pay or a pension, must provide information about the extent of students ' attachment to the labour market.
§ 8. The institution is obliged, at the request of the student or the students themselves to hand over evidence of participant payment without prejudice. (2).
(2). The documentation shall contain the following information: 1) student's name, address and social security number.
2) whether he has been a student at single subject or even students.
3) Which subjects, see. § 2, paragraph 3, or section 4, paragraph 3, paid tuition fee for.
4) Levels (A, B, C, D, E, F, G or Basic).
5) instruction (from the date, month, year-to-date, month, year) or exam date (month and year).
6) Participant rebate in the us.
7) On applied for the State educational support (SU) or State adult education support (SVU) to the participant payment.
8) Educational institution's certification (stamp and signature).
§ 9. Participant payment must be paid in advance, see. However, paragraph 2, in conjunction with the student's admission or even students at signup for trial. Payment of the participant payment is a condition of participation in education, respectively, reporting of the trial.
(2). For students who fall within the scope of article 1, paragraph 2, of the law on payment of certain training activities in the context of the Act on an active employment efforts etc. can deposit of participant payment happen, after the student has begun on teaching.
§ 10. The institution determines to which and the manner in which payment of the participant payment should happen.
§ 11. Participant payment covers, regardless of whether the instruction is completed by a different institution than the institution to which the participant payment is paid.
(2). Participant payment is non-refundable in the event that the student's participation is interrupted before the end of teaching.
§ 12. Participant payment paid per subjects, see. § 2, paragraph 3, or section 4, paragraph 3, whether teaching quits over one or more semesters.
(2). For students participating payment covers the teaching and the samples that are associated with the relevant subjects, as well as any sickness or retaken. For independent student covers the payment or the tests associated with that profession, as well as any sickness or retaken.
Chapter 5 repayment of ordinary participant payment by stx and hf section 13. The institution repays regular tuition fee charged under this Ordinance to the students who are issued proof of an overall single subject exam, for the subjects that are part of the exam, see. Annex 1. However, this does not apply to students with a higher education, see. Article 47, paragraph 2 2. PT.
(2). The institution repays the, see. However, paragraph 3, ordinary tuition fee charged under this Ordinance to the hf-single subject kursister, which obtains proof of passing the examination in each subject in a fagpakke, there are qualifying for medium-term higher education. However, this does not apply to students with a higher education, see. section 47, paragraph 3, 2. PT.
(3). Refund in accordance with paragraph 2 shall apply only if the person does not meet the conditions for admission in advance on the appropriate training.
(4). Participant payment refunded without interest and with deductions for any granted State educational support (SU) or State adult education support (SVU) to the participant payment.
§ 14. In the case of an application for refund of the tuition fee under section 13 must be accompanied by documentation of the existing total single subject exam or qualification and participant payment without prejudice. § 8. To be used in a form, which shall contain the information set out in the standard form, which is included as annex 1 to the Decree.
(2). Repayment shall be made by the institution, where the last try in a unified single subject exam, or the last discipline in qualification is carried out at the respectively passed, see. However, paragraph 3.
(3). In cases where one or more subjects, which is conducted by one of the article 16, paragraph 1, the said institutions, subsequently supplemented with a comprehensive exam or a fagpakke at a private institution, can refund required at the institution or institutions, etc., which have received the participant payment.
(4). Refund must be made no later than 6 weeks after receipt of the request for reimbursement, without prejudice. (1). The institution shall make the repayment through Nemkontoordningen, see. law on public payments, etc.
§ 15. The tuition fee, as an institution shall repay pursuant to section 13, shall be reimbursed by the Ministry of education quarterly on the basis of the institution's reporting on completed the repayment. The alert must be certified by the institution's auditor in accordance with the rules on the revision and reimbursement controls, etc., as covered by the institution. The modalities for the refund shown by Ministry of education instructions for grants, etc. to institutions for general secondary education and general adult education (AGV-script).
Chapter 6 Different rules § 16. The notice applies to learners participation in teaching and test of general adult education and single subject courses for baccalaureate and higher preparatory exam, which takes place at institutions of general secondary education and general adult education, etc., institutions for vocational training and hf-courses at the University colleges.
(2). Tuition fee is not charged for participation in teaching learners or try by general adult education of educational institutions under Probation.
§ 17. Tuition fees provided for under section 2, sections 4 and 5 shall, in respect of the subjects, the institution of the provider, in an easily accessible way be enlightened on the institution's website on the Internet.
Chapter 7 entry into force of § 18. The notice shall enter into force on the 15. April 2012, and has effect for courses that commence 1. August 2012 or later and refund after 1. August 2012 of ordinary participant payment, including ordinary tuition fee charged before the 1. January 2011 in accordance with the existing rules with students within the scope of section 13 (1), (2). point, and (2), 2. PT.
(2). Executive Order No. 500 by 26. May 2011 on the common tuition fee at general adult education and general secondary education shall be repealed. The notice shall, however, apply to courses that commence until 31. July 2012.
