§ 1. Feedingstuffs which import feed into the Commission's implementing Regulation (EU) No, 284/2012 of 29. March 2012 on special import conditions for feed and food originating in or submitted from Japan following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant and repealing implementing Regulation (EU) No 2. 961/2011 (hereinafter referred to the Regulation), notify any of these imports to the Food Authority.

Inspection

§ 2. The Food Management Board shall check that feed business operators shall carry out notification as specified in section 1.

Paragraph 2. The Food Management Board shall check that declarations and results of physical checks are in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation before they are released for free circulation.

Paragraph 3. The cost of checking is borne by the company.

Paragraph 4. The time spent by the Food Management Agency shall be paid in accordance with the notice of payment for the control of feed and feed business.

§ 3. The Food Management Board may, after paragraph 2 (2), 4, in the Act of feedingstuffs, communicate the popenings and bans deemed necessary to ensure compliance with the Regulation.

Paragraph 2. The cost of fulfillment of the provisions and prohibitions provided for in paragraph 1. 1 shall be the responsibility of the measures against which the measures are intended. Section 2 (2). Five, in the field of animal feed.

Entry into force

§ 6. The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. April 2012.

1) The declaration contains provisions necessary for the application of the Commission's implementing Regulation (EU) No. 284/2012 of 29. March 2012 on special import conditions for feed and food originating in or submitted from Japan following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant and repealing implementing Regulation (EU) No 2. 961/2011, EU-Official Journal 2012, nr. L 92, page 16-23. -Yeah. Article 288 of the EDF Treaty is applicable to a Regulation immediately in each Member State. Therefore, the issue of such notification shall be based solely on practical considerations and shall be without prejudice to the immediate validity of the Regulation in Denmark.
