§ 1

In executive order No. 997 of the 19. October 2009 on weapons and ammunition, etc., as amended by Decree No. 941 of 23. July 2010, is amended as follows: 1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following:

» Pursuant to § 1, paragraph 1, 3, 4 and 5, § 2, paragraph 2, section 2 (a), paragraph 5, section 2 (b), paragraph 2 (c), paragraph 1, section 3, paragraphs 1 and 2, section 4, paragraph 2, section 4 (a), section 4 (b), article 6, paragraphs 1 and 5, section 6 (a), section 6 (b), paragraph 3, article 9, paragraph 2, and article 10, paragraph 3, of the Act on weapons and explosives, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 704 of 22. June 2009, as amended most recently by Act No. 274 of 27. March 2012, as well as under section 40, paragraph 5, of the law on hunting and wildlife management, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 930 of 24. 2. The heading before section 1 is replaced by the following: ' provisions concerning weapons § 1 (1) (8). 1. '



3. Pursuant to section 1 shall be inserted: ' article 1 a., spring, air or gas weapons with larger caliber than 4.5 mm are covered by the prohibition in the weapons section 1 (1) (8). 1. the provisions in paragraph 2. Pipes and ran with larger caliber than 4.5 mm are covered by the prohibition in the weapons section 1 (1) (8). 2. The provisions of paragraph 3. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to air and spring powered Airsoft and paintball weapons.

(6). Spring, air or gas weapon Weapons Act are exempt from section 3 (a), paragraphs 1 to 4. '

4. In article 28, paragraph 2, shall be inserted after ' signal arms ' means ' spring, air or gas weapons with a caliber greater than 4.5 mm '.

§ 3 paragraph 1. (2). Notification in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be made to the police on a special form.

(4). Spring, air or gas weapons with larger caliber than 4.5 mm shall, not later than 1 year after the date of entry into force of this order shall be kept in accordance with the provisions of article 21, paragraph 3 or 4.
