Publication of the amendment of the notification of kettle and heating systems in buildings

§ 1

Notice no. 62 of 27. 1 January 2011 on the inspection of kettle and heating systems in buildings, as amended by publication No 2 ; Ninety of seven. February 2011, the following changes are made :

1. I § 13, 2. pkt., the words ' and expire after 3 years ` shall be deleted.

2. The headline in section 18 and 19 shall be replaced by the following : "Procedure for approval".

3. I Section 18 (2). 1, the ' and renewed approval ` shall be deleted ;

4. I Section 18 (2). 4, the words ' or renewal of approval ` shall be deleted ;

5. § 19 revoked.

6. $25, no. 8 and 9, ITREAS :

" 8) comply with decisions of the Agency for the Agency for Energy Management or the Energy Board ;

9) owning or being associated with a company registered after section 26, and "

7. I § 25 pasted as no. 10 :

" 10) notify the Agency for Energy Management if the technical expert no longer meets the qualification requirement in section 14 (4) ; 1, no. 1. "

8. I § 34, paragraph. 1, no. 2, ' re-approval of technical experts `.

9. I § 36, paragraph. 1, no. 4, ' shall be replaced by ' in the same or subsequent period of approval ` to : ' within six years thereafter `.

10. § 42, paragraph. 7, revoked.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2012.
