Publication of payment for the services of the Lodstiltsynet

In accordance with section 26 of the law no. 567 of 9. June 2006 :

§ 1. In the case of services provided by the LodSEC, a fee shall be paid. Each time applicable charges for fees referred to in this notice shall be published on the website of the Lodstilsynet website ; "www.lodtacsynet.dk `.

Paragraph 2. The fees shall be adjusted by changes in the basis of the calculation, so that the Lodestivision of any period is economically in itself.

§ 2. Charges mentioned in this notice are due 30 days after the invoice date.

Paragraph 2. Where the payment of the Lodded Services are not provided in a timely manner in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, the amount due shall be recovered by panning, and may be braces from the last timely payment day, for payments made by the interest rate set in the interest rate at late payment, etc.

§ 3. The SEC shall issue the payment of a fee :

§ 5. The Lodtacit shall apply to the payment of a fee determined in accordance with the period of time taken on the single task :

3) supervision resulting from defective self-control.

Paragraph 2. For services that are not described in paragraph 1. 1, and which requires a caseworker, a fee shall be paid.

Paragraph 3. The SEC may charge for travel expenses and travel time, cf. State rules to this effect.

Paragraph 4. It is the duty of the Lodse, to the person responsible for payment, to specify all costs that are covered.

§ 6. An applicant from an established aptitude test shall be subject to the payment of the Lodstiles in charge before a new aptitude test can be established.
