Notice of approved tests and practice requirements for the approval of electricians:

Under section 6 (2). 4 of the law on the approval of electricians: etc., see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 989 of 8. December 2003, as amended by section 2 of Act No. 1601 by 20. December 2006, shall be established under the authority: scope



§ 1. This Ordinance contains rules on which samples, which gives access to obtain the authorization, and whether the practice demands the Danish safety technology authority to individuals seeking personal authorization as electrician, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). For persons who are nationals of an EU or EEA country or in a country with which the EU has entered into an agreement on access for the pursuit of regulated professions, and in the light of foreign professional qualifications is exercising or intends to carry on business as an electrician in Denmark, including rules in notice on personal authorization and exercise of the profession as electrician on the basis of foreign professional qualifications.

Approved samples



§ 2. The following samples give a right of authorization, when, in section 3 provided for practice requirements and conditions laid down in article 5, paragraphs 1 and 3, and in accordance with the law the rules laid down for the granting of the authorisation are fulfilled: 1) authorized electrician in accordance with Ministry of education guidelines for higher education in the technical area, 2) power elektroinstallatør the sample of 1952 (the sample was held last time in the winter of 1988/89) , 3) extended engineers ' exam (Test was held last time in april 1991), 4) exam as Installer (AK) strong power, see. However, paragraph 2, 5) engineers ' exam after Agency for higher education and Training supported rules, see. However, paragraph 2, 6) exam as senior officer (Chief Engineer or ship Manager), see. However, paragraphs 2 and 5, or 9) exam as elingeniør, see. However, paragraphs 3 and 4.

(2). For the programmes referred to in paragraph 1, no. 4-8, it is also a prerequisite for being able to obtain authorization to the applicant as part of the training has passed one of the Danish safety technology authority approved authorization test.

(3). Elingeniører in order to receive approval within the framework of training have received training in the following subjects at a level corresponding to a total of at least 40 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System): 1) power distribution notice, electrical installations, 2) supply theory, 3) installation technique, 4) sizing of electrical installations, including Board plants and 5) high voltage.

(4). In addition to the fields referred to in paragraph 3, the applicant shall, through elingeniøruddannelsen or additional courses be familiar with the provisions of L-AUS work and tool as well as first aid in case of accidents.

(5). For individuals who are trained as technical manager offshore, the notice shall apply, if the training is completed in the summer of 2008 or later.

(6). The Danish safety technology Authority may exempt from the educational requirements set out in paragraphs 1 to 3, when it is estimated to be elsikkerhedsmæssigt safely.

Practice requirements



§ 3. The training referred to in paragraph 2 are authorization-making when the following practices are documented: 1) Is the applicant trained electrician, approved without requirements for additional practice.

2) applicant has other educational backgrounds, can be granted authorization, when the applicant for a total of at least one year have been engaged in practical work, which requires authorization after electrician law, and under the responsibility of a qualified electrician.

(2). The Danish safety technology Authority may exempt from practice the requirement referred to in paragraph 1, when it is estimated to be elsikkerhedsmæssigt safely.

§ 4. In the case of an application for an authorisation to diploma, transcript and proof of fulfilment of the requirement to be attached to the practice, see. § 3, paragraph 2, of the Ordinance on the approval and operation of electrician company.

Complaint



§ 5. The Security Agency shall decide in cases where there are doubts as to whether the training and its content, see. § 2, or the applicant's practice, see. § 3, authorization is rewarding.

§ 6. The Security Agency's decisions after this Ordinance cannot be brought before another administrative authority, see. § 14a, 1. paragraph, of the law on the approval of electricians: etc., see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 989 of 8. December 2003.

Date of entry into force of



§ 7. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. July 2012.

(2). At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 601 of 24. June 2008 on approved tests and practice requirements for the approval of electricians:.
