Completion of approved tests and practices for the approval of elders

In accordance with section 6 (4), 2, no. 4, in the law on the authorisation of elders and so on, cf. Law Order no. 989 of 8. In December 2003, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 1601 of 20. In December 2006, the following shall be adopted :

Scope of application

§ 1. This notice lays down rules concerning which tests give access to authority, and whether the Security Board is subject to the authority of persons who are subject to personal authority as a power installer, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. For persons who are nationals of an EU or the EEA country or in a country concluded by the European Union in terms of access to the practice of regulated professions and who, on the basis of foreign professional qualifications, exercise or intend to exercise professions as an elder installer in Denmark shall apply to the rules in the notification of personal authority and the pursuit of professions as a power-installer on the basis of foreign professional qualifications.

Approved samples

§ 2. The following tests shall be granted the right to authorization when, in section 3, the conditions laid down and the conditions laid down in section 5 (5) of the law are granted. The rules laid down in accordance with the rules laid down in accordance with the rules laid down by the law shall be granted :

1) the elder shall be installed in accordance with the Education Ministry guidelines on higher education within the field of the power-engineering area ;

2) The electrode-installer sample of 1952 (Ptest was held last time in the winter of 1988/89),

3) Extended Engineering Exams (Pass held last April in 1991),

4) the degree to which the installer of the AC (AK) has been finesced, cf. however, paragraph 1 2,

5) the master of training for the higher education and training shall be subject to the rules laid down in the Management of the Committee. however, paragraph 1 2,

6) the degree to be the senior officer (chief or ship manager), cf. however, paragraph 1 2,

7) the degree in the training of professional qualifications in seamanship and technology, cf. however, paragraph 1 2,

8) exams as technical manager offshore, cf. however, paragraph 1 2 and 5, or

9) the degree as an electrical engineer, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and 4.

Paragraph 2. In the case of the training referred to in paragraph 1, 1, no. In addition, it is a prerequisite for obtaining authorization that the applicant, in the course of training, has passed an authorization test approved by the Administrative Board.

Paragraph 3. In order to obtain authorization in the course of training, elengineers must have received training in the following subject to an extent equivalent to at least 40 ECTS (the European Credit Transfer System (EC)) :

1) the power-circuit notice, electrical installations,

2) Supply Theory,

3) installation technique ;

4) the dimension of electrical installations, including board installations ; and

5) High voltage.

Paragraph 4. Except for the one in paragraph. In the case of an accident, the applicant shall be aware of the provisions relating to L-Ab ' s work and tools, as well as first aid in the event of accidents.

Paragraph 5. For those trained as a technical manager offshore, the notice shall be applicable if the training is completed in the summer of 2008 or later.

Paragraph 6. The Board of Security may dispensers from the training requirements referred to in paragraph 1. One-three, when it's estimated to be in the right field of security.

Praxical requirements

§ 3. The training provided for in section 2 is authoritative when the following practice has been established :

1) If the applicant is trained as an electrician, authorisation shall be granted without any requirement for further practice.

2) Where the applicant has a different educational background, authorization may be granted when the applicant has been employed for at least one year in practical work, which requires authorization after the power of the electricity to be authorized, and under the responsibility of an authorised person ; fire-install.

Paragraph 2. The security management board may dispense with the practice in paragraph 1. 1, when it is estimated to be in an appropriate level of security.

Documentation

§ 4. In the case of an application for authorisation, examination certificate, character transcript and document for fulfillment of the practice shall be attached, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, in the notification of the management and operation of the power-installation company.

§ 5. The Security Management Board shall take a decision in cases where doubts have arisen as to whether the training and its contents, cf. § 2, or the applicant ' s practice, cf. Section 3, authoritative.

§ 6. Decisions taken by the security management shall not be brought to the second administrative authority, in accordance with the decision taken in accordance with this publication. § 14a, 1. pkt;, in the law on the authorisation of elders and so on, cf. Law Order no. 989 of 8. December 2003.

Entry into force

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2012.
