The full text of the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the marking, registration and movement of cattle, pigs, sheep or goats

§ 1

In executive order No. 1121 of 1. December 2009 on the marking, registration and movement of cattle, pigs, sheep or goats, as last amended by Decree No. 1043 by 11. November 2011, shall be amended as follows: 1. Under section 16 shall be added:

» The movement of ovine and caprine animals § 16 a. Lamb and kid mark in accordance with section 6, paragraph 4, and which is equipped with approved ear tag embossed with CHR-number may only be moved directly or via an approved Assembly Centre from the herd of origin to the slaughterhouse or directly, or via refrigeration or freezer or pick-up place, from the herd of origin to processing plants in Denmark.

In groups the supply of hogs



section 16 b. Penned the supply of hogs can only include hogs, who was born in Denmark, and which are transported to a slaughterhouse: 1) in Denmark directly from the crew, they are born in, or 2) to a slaughterhouse in Denmark directly from a herd of hogs, which by a revenue agreement have received pigs from a different crew.

§ 16 c. Piglets or slaughter pigs, who finds himself in a herd must be born in the same herd of origin.

(2). In a herd of sows, or gilts, piglets and slaughter pigs to be born in that herd. The crew can be supplied with breeders, when these are tagged with an approved earmark for a pig.

(3). Pigs, which are part of a group shipment to a slaughterhouse in Denmark, must be born in the same herd of origin.

§ 16 d. By any transport prior to transport to the slaughterhouse, there must be only on the means of transport of pigs are born in the same herd of origin.

(2). In the case of transport to the slaughterhouse must be porkers only on the means of transport from one crew, see. However, paragraph 4.

(3). Means of transport must not be used for the simultaneous transport of labelled pigs and pigs that are part of a group delivery. The ban does not apply to the transport of breeding animals to a slaughterhouse from herds with sows and gilts.

(4). In groups the supply of hogs may, by the same transport include deliveries of hogs from up to three crews with the same owner, when the pigs are born in the same herd of origin. The three herds can be registered on each its CHR-number.

§ 16 e. A crew owner who wants to provide hogs in groups to a slaughterhouse, must register in the CHR as prior group supplier to a slaughterhouse for an enlightened crew number. Request for registration in the CHR shall be forwarded to the Food Agency. In groups the supply of slaughter pigs shall only commence from the date indicated in the Food Agency's confirmation of the registration.

(2). Before entering the pigs for a crew, where the pigs are to be included in the clustered supply of hogs, herd owner with its subcontractor enter into a sales agreement with a particular requirement that they acted pigs are translated in accordance with the provisions of § § 16 b-16 (d). The concept of clustered supply of hogs In penned the supply of pigs for slaughter for the purposes of this Ordinance the supply of hogs, which is according to the rules in paragraph 16 (b) – (f) and in accordance with the provisions in Chapter 1-5.

Chapter 1

General provisions

Move restrictions 1) Penned the supply of hogs can only include hogs, who was born in Denmark, and which are transported:



(a)) to a slaughterhouse in Denmark directly from the crew, they are born in, or



(b)) to a slaughterhouse in Denmark directly from a herd of hogs, which by a revenue agreement have received pigs from a different crew.

Chapter 2

Requirements for crew owns 9) A crew owner who wants to provide hogs in groups to a slaughterhouse, must register in the CHR as prior group supplier to a slaughterhouse for an enlightened crew number. Request for registration in the CHR shall be forwarded to the Food Agency. In groups the supply of slaughter pigs shall only commence from the date indicated in the Food Agency's confirmation of the registration.

a) number of animals to be transported.



b) Crew number for the herd from which the animals moved.



c) Departure date and time on the issue.



d) Crew number or address for the planned destination (pig slaughter).



e) That transport is done as a group delivery of hogs.



f) carrier name and approval number of the establishment.



13) packing slip, see. Nr. 12 must follow the Group of pigs from the same crew during transport and shall be supplied to the slaughterhouse after each transport operation, and before unloading the animals. For the transport of pigs from up to three crews, see. paragraph 16 (d), paragraph 4 should there be a packing slip for all three mailings.

Chapter 3

Requirements for carriers: Transportation between herds before the slaughterhouse



14) By any transport prior to transport to the slaughterhouse, there must be only on the means of transport of pigs are born in the same herd of origin.

The carrier must also keep copy of the run-time data for at least 2 years who banished Food Agency upon request.

Chapter 4

Requirements for self drivers




19) A crew owner who even transporting pigs must not include swine from foreign crews. Each carriage accommodates pigs from up to three of the crew owner's herds, see. section 16 d, paragraph 4. Crews may be registered at different CHRISTIAN numbers. At the same time the transport of slaughter pigs from up to three crews, the animals must be separated into separate group on different decks in the means of transport, so that, on arrival at the slaughterhouse, which crew has a unique number the individual pigs originate from. Chapter 5

Requirements for slaughterhouse 22) slaughterhouses that wish to receive group show supplies of hogs, prior register in CHR as recipient of group show supplies.

24) there are pigs from more than one crew of means of transport, they must be registered with different loading numbers for each crew of slaughter at a time, see. paragraph 16 (d), paragraph 4. The slaughterhouse must prior to receiving the animals to check that the crews belonging to the same owner.
