Publication on the amendment of the notification on the marking, registration and movement of bovine animals, swine, sheep or goats

§ 1

Notice no. 1121 of 1. In December 2009 on the marking, registration and movement of bovine animals, swine, sheep or goats, as last amended by the notice No 2 ; 1043 of 11. November 2011, the following changes are made :

1. After § 16 inserted :

" Moving sheep and goats

§ 16 a. Lamb and the kid are marked in accordance with section 6 (4). 4 and bearing approved earmark marked by CHR number, must be moved only directly, or through an approved assembly centre, from the herd of origin to the slaughterhouse or directly, or through chilling or freezing facilities, from the point of departure, from the point of departure of the meat or refrigeration plant ; the herd of origin of the processing plant in Denmark.

Group delivery of slain wine

§ 16 b. Group delivery of slaughtering pigs may include slaughtering pigs born in Denmark and which are transported :

1) to a slaughterhouse in Denmark directly from the herd they were born in, or

2) to a slaughterhouse in Denmark directly from a crew of slave pigs who, at a sales agreement, have received the pigs from another crew.

§ 16 c. Piglets or slaughters in a crew shall be born in the same herd of origin.

Paragraph 2. In a crew of lakes or of manure, piglets and slaughtering pigs shall be born in the herd. The crew may be added to breeding animals when these are marked with an approved ear tag for pigs.

Paragraph 3. Wine forming part of a group delivery to a slaughterhouse in Denmark shall be born in the same herd of origin.

§ 16 d. Where transport is transported to the slaughterhouse by any means prior to transport to the slaughterhouse, only pigs born in the same herd of origin must be used in the transport.

Paragraph 2. In the case of transport to the slaughterhouse, the means of transport may be slaughtered only from one crew in accordance with the means of transport. however, paragraph 1 4.

Paragraph 3. Means of transport shall not be used for the transport of labelled pigs and pigs which are part of a group delivery. However, the ban does not apply to the transport of breeding animals to a slaughterhouse from herds of lakes and guilts.

Paragraph 4. Group delivery of slaughters may, at the same time, include shipments of pigs from up to three crews, together with the same owner when pigs are born in the same herd of origin. The three crews may be registered on each of their CHR numbers.

§ 16 e. A beet owner who wants to deliver slaughtering vine groups to a slaughterhouse shall be subject to a register in CHR, as a group, to a slaughterhouse for an enlightened crew number. The request for registration in the CHR shall be forwarded to the Food Authority. Group delivery of slaughters may not be started at the beginning of the date specified in the Food Management Confirmation of the Registration.

Paragraph 2. Where pigs are to be added to a herd where pigs are to be included in a group by a group of pigs, a sales contract with its sub-contractor must enter into a sales agreement with a specific requirement for them to be traded in respect of pigs ; the provisions of section 16 b-16 d. The request for registration of a sales agreement shall be forwarded to the Food Authority. The importation of pigs must first commence from the date of confirmation of the registration of the Food Management Board.

Paragraph 3. Slaughterhouses wishing to receive a group of slaughtering pigs shall be subject to a registration in the CHR which receives a group of deliveries.

§ 16 f. In the case of a group delivery of pigs, the additional provisions of Annex 1 shall be complied with. ` ;

2. Appendix 1 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 171. November 2011.

Appendix 1

' Appendix 1

The concept of a group of slaughtering pigs is carried out ;

For the purposes of this notice, in the case of a group of slaughtering pigs, the delivery of slaughter wine shall be the delivery of pigs which shall be made in accordance with Article 16 (b) of the notice referred to in Chapter 1 to 5 of the notice.

Chapter 1

General provisions

Move Rules

1) Group delivery of slaughtering pigs may include slaughtering pigs born in Denmark and which are transported :

a) to a slaughterhouse in Denmark directly from the herd they were born in, or

b) to a slaughterhouse in Denmark directly from a crew of slave pigs who, at a sales agreement, have received the pigs from another crew.

2) Piglets or slaughters in a crew shall be born in the same herd of origin.

3) In a crew of lakes or of manure, piglets and slaughtering pigs shall be born in the herd. The crew may be added to breeding animals when these are marked with an approved ear tag for pigs.

4) Wine forming part of a group delivery to a slaughterhouse in Denmark shall be born in the same herd of origin.

Transport

5) Where transport is transported to the slaughterhouse by any means prior to transport to the slaughterhouse, only pigs born in the same herd of origin must be used in the transport.

6) In the case of transport to the slaughterhouse, the means of transport may be slaughtered only from one crew in accordance with the means of transport. No! 8.

7) Means of transport shall not be used for the transport of labelled pigs and pigs which are part of a group delivery. However, the ban does not apply to the transport of breeding animals for slaughter from herds, of lakes and guilts.

8) Group delivery of slaughters may, at the same time, include shipments of pigs from up to three crews, together with the same owner when pigs are born in the same herd of origin. The three crews may be registered on each of their CHR numbers.

Chapter 2

Assumption Owner Requirements

9) A beet owner who wants to deliver slaughtering vine groups to a slaughterhouse shall be subject to a register in CHR, as a group, to a slaughterhouse for an enlightened crew number. The request for registration in the CHR shall be forwarded to the Food Authority. Group delivery of slaughters may not be started at the beginning of the date specified in the Food Management Confirmation of the Registration.

10) Before a pig may be added to a crew where pigs are to be included in a group delivery of pigs, a sales contract with its sub-contractor shall enter into a sales agreement with a particular requirement that they were traded pigs in compliance with No 2. 1-8. The request for registration of a sales agreement shall be forwarded to the Food Authority. The importation of pigs must first commence from the date of confirmation of the registration of the Food Management Board.

11) Crew Appeals shall provide a copy of the Food Management Registration for registration, cf. no. Nine, for the slaughterhouse.

12) Crew fills shall fill in the supply of slaughtering pigs for conveying a delivery note with :

a) Number of animals to be transported.

b) Crew number of the herd from which animals are moved.

c) The exit date and time of the departure.

d) Destination number or address of the destination intended for destination (piglet for storage).

(e) That transport takes place as a group of slaughtering pigs.

(f) The name and approval number of the transport undertaking.

13) The leaflet, cf. no. 12 shall follow the group of pigs from the same crew during transport and are delivered to the slaughterhouse after each transport, and before any unloading of the animals is carried out. For carriage of slaughters from up to three herds, cf. section 16 d (1) of the notice referred to in paragraph 1. 4 shall be accompanied by a note for all three consignments.

Chapter 3

Requirements for hauliers :

Transport between herds before butchery

14) Where transport is transported to the slaughterhouse by any means prior to transport to the slaughterhouse, only pigs born in the same herd of origin must be used in the transport.

Transport between stocks of pigs and slaughterhouses

15) The carrier shall confirm his signature on the following note. Twelve before departure from the crew. In the event of a mismatch between the particulars on the accompanying note and the observations of the carrier, the conditions shall be rectified on the accompanying note before the signature of the carrier.

16) In the case of each transport, the carrier alone shall have to pick up animals from a single herd, however, by means of a single transport, animals may be obtained from up to three herds, cf. § 16 d, paragraph 1 4. The crew can be registered on different CHR numbers. At the same time, at the same time, the animals must be separated from each group on different tyres in the means of transport, so as to ensure that the slaughterhouse is unambiguous, which means the number of pigs from which the pigs are obtained. The carrier shall register on the cover of the tyre in the means of transport, the pigs from each occupant.

17) The carrier shall demonstrate that the transport after departure from the crew of the specified crew has taken place without residence. For the extraction of slaughtering wines from up to three crews, cf. no. Sixteen, the transport operators shall demonstrate that, after departure from the first crew, the transport of the first crew has been furloning with the other herd before arriving at the slaughterhouse.

18) Run data to document that the provisions of paragraph 1 17 have been complied with, must be delivered to the slaughterhouse after each transport, and before any unloading of the animals is unloading. The carrier shall also retain a copy of the run data for at least two years, at the request of the Food and Food Services.

Chapter 4

Requirements for self-service

(19) A crew of crew that transport pigs themselves shall not include pigs from foreign herds. Each transport can accommodate pigs from up to three of the crew owner's crew, cf. § 16 d, paragraph 1 4. The crew can be registered on different CHR numbers. At the same time, at the same time, the animals must be separated from each group on different tyres in the means of transport, so as to ensure that the slaughterhouse is unambiguous, which means the number of pigs from which the pigs are obtained. It shall be recorded on the cover of the tyre in the means of transport, the pigs from each occupant.

20) The owner must demonstrate that the transport after departure from the crew of the specified crew has taken place without residence. For the extraction of slaughtering wines from up to three crews, cf. no. 19, shall provide documentation to document that, after departure from the first crew, the transport of the other herd has been in the presence of the other herd before arriving at the slaughterhouse.

21) Run data to document that the provisions of paragraph 1 20 have been complied with, shall be delivered to the slaughterhouse after each transport and before any unloading of the animals is performed. The crew must also keep a copy of the run data for at least two years, at the request of the Food Service.

Chapter 5

Requirements for the slaughterhouse

(22) Slaughterhouses wishing to receive a group of slaughtering pigs shall be subject to a registration in the CHR which receives a group of deliveries.

23) Before a transport operation is read from a means of transport, the slaughterhouse shall control the slaughterhouse, that the crew is registered in CHR to group delivery, that the driving data can substantiate the provisions of paragraph 1. The information provided for in 17 or 20 has been complied with and the information provided for. no. However, 12, but not a time, corresponds to the actual facts and confirm the above in the signature of the slaughterhouse. If the pigs ' arrival in the slaughterhouse may be a question of the belonging to the group, the slaughterhouse must reject the group.

24) Where pigs from more than one crew are present on the means of transport, they must be registered with different hogs for each herd at the time of slaughter, cf. section 16 d (1) of the notice referred to in paragraph 1. 4. The slaughterhouse shall be subject to the prior receipt of the animals to verify that the property belongs to the same owner.

25) In the case of pigs, facilities for the arrival of pigs shall ensure total separation between the group in question and other pigs.

26) Upon receipt of the receipt, the traceability and identification of each of the slaughtering of the group shall be maintained by the whole setup and the slaughter process until cutting.

27) Pigs taken from that group during the process of disbarred and slaughter, including in sickness cores, must be tattooed with a unique number intended to ensure cohesion between the load number and supplier.

28) Pigs transported as a group ' s shipment and redirected to other slaughterhouses not registered as a recipient of group deliveries in CHR must be marked with a unique number intended to ensure cohesion between the load number and supplier. ` ;
