Publication of the payment of certain benefits from the Liability of the Employers ' Liability for students in school trainees and vocational education and training plus

Purses of section 67 (a) (a), 3 and 4, in the law on vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 510 of 19. May 2010, as amended by law no. 1615 of 22. In December 2010 :

Chapter 1

Support for tools, protective equipment and similar, and support for boarding and accommodation costs

§ 1. In the case of vocational training in Chapter 7 (a (school practice) and Chapter 7 b (vocational training plus), live under the rule of vocational training and Chapter 7 b (vocational training plus) shall have the right to financial support for tools, protective equipment and the like in the main. The aid may be granted under school trainees, intensive work training and regular school residency.

Paragraph 2. It is a condition for the granting of financial support that students with a training agreement in the training programme are entitled to receive equivalent benefits from the employer in accordance with collective agreement or rules laid down ; internship.

Paragraph 3. Aid for tools, protective equipment and so on shall be calculated on the basis of the expenditure incurred. The school shall ensure that the costs incurred are at least possible and that they do not exceed the level resulting from Section 1 (1). 2.

§ 2. Aid shall be granted to the acquiring of driving licences during training training for students covered by Section 1 (1). 1 that has not been obtained in advance of training to have a relevant driver licence and where training cannot be carried out without the licence. The school chooses the driving instructor and the agreement fee for the benefits that entitles you to support.

Paragraph 2. Aid for driving lessons, medical certificate and sample fees shall be granted to the same extent that students with the training agreement are entitled to receive from the employer, cf. Section 1 (1). 2.

§ 3. This is covered by Section 1 (1). 1, shall have the right to financial support for the costs of room and board at school home in the main. The aid may be granted only under ordinary school accommocements.

Paragraph 2. It is a condition for the granting of financial support that students with a training agreement in the training programme under the collective agreement are entitled to receive coverage for the lift or a contribution from that employer.

Paragraph 3. The amount of the aid may not exceed the amount of the employer's obligation to pay for students with an education agreement in the area concerned.

§ 4. No allowance shall be granted to pupils after this chapter, for periods where the student is subject to a training agreement with a company.

Chapter 2

Challenge claimers

§ 5. In the case of vocational training in Chapter 7 (a (school practice) and Chapter 7 b (vocational training plus), live in the field of vocational training and in Chapter 7 (b) shall be entitled to a mileasement.

§ 7. Passes shall be provided for the whole school road in Denmark, where the total length is at least 20 km per kilometre. Day (Travel Day). The overall school road is the nearest route from domicile or accommodation for school, between several curricula of a school and back to either place of residence or in accommodation.

Paragraph 2. In the case of accommodation, transport grants are provided for the voyage to and from the accommodation and the journey between this and the usual domicile for the weekend and Easter and Christmas holiday, provided that in paragraph 1. 1 mentioned chaperone condition has been complied with, by the way.

§ 8. The amount of the subsidy shall be calculated on the basis of the expenditure incurred, but at most the cost of cheapest transport by means of public transport, cf. § 7.

Paragraph 2. The payment grant during school practice accounts for 90% of the expenditure incurred, but not more than 90% of the cost of cheapest transport by means of public transport. The amount of debt paid during regular school is the cost of detainees, but at most the cost of cheapest transport by means of public transport.

Chapter 3

Offer to the expenses of the professional committee for Swedish students in school trainees and students in vocational education and training plus (eud +)

§ 9. The right to grant has a trade union committee which keeps Swedes samples for students in school trainees and for students under vocational training plus.

Paragraph 2. No allowance shall be granted for the Swedish expenditure incurred if the student at the time of the submission of the Swedes is covered by an education agreement with a company in Denmark.

§ 10. Deposits shall be granted to the direct additional costs of the Technical Committee by the Swedes of the Group of the European Union, in other words, expenses for the performance of the actors and the costs incurred in any the preparation of tasks at the Swedes.

§ 11. The subsidy shall be calculated per pupil and comprise the lowest Sweatee, which the professional committee is charged with in an employer for a student with a training agreement in the same area of expertise. However, the amount of the subsidy to a student sample may not exceed the amount provided for in paragraph 1. 2.

Chapter 4

Foreign students

§ 12. Chapter 5

Payment to students

§ 13. If the student meets the conditions in § 1, the school pays the school support for tools, protective equipment and the like, cf. § § 1-2, to the trainee for application.

Paragraph 2. If the student meets the conditions in section 3, cf. Section 1 (1). 1, the school pays support for the costs of room and accommodation in school homes for the student after application.

Paragraph 3. If the student fulfils the conditions in section 5 to 7, the school pays the school of mileare-up costs to the student after application.

Chapter 6

Payment to the professional committees

§ 14. The professional committee shall send a bill for the sample to the student's sample to the school assigned to the student. The calculation of the subsidy is to be calculated in accordance with the rules of section 11, and the lowest Sweater Protest Fee for students with a training agreement in the same area must be included in the bill. Chapter 7

Payment to schools

§ 15. Employers ' lift reimbursement shall pay once a month to the schools of the amounts paid under Clause 13 to 14. Chapter 8

Various provisions

§ 16. Paragraph 2. The Schools may, in exceptional cases, disregard the time limit laid down in paragraph 1. ONE, ONE. Act. For up to two months.

Chapter 9

Entry into force

§ 18. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. February 2011 and shall have an effect on aid and subsidies paid after the 31. January, 2011. § 2 and § 15 (3) 2 has effect on new agreements with a driving instructor if the agreements have been concluded after 31. January, 2011.

Paragraph 2. Section 13 shall apply to benefits in respect of students which start vocational training and with 1. January, 2011, cf. Section 4 (4). TWO, TWO. Act. in law no. 1615 of 22. December 2010.

Paragraph 3. At the same time, notice No 998 of 20. In December 2002, on the payment of aid to tools, protective equipment and the like of the Employers ' Student Reimbursement, Notice No 1034 of 26. November 2001 on the payment of the payment of mileasements from the Employers ' Student Reimbursement to students covered by school trainees, cf. the law on training of vocational training in Chapter 7 (a), 1370 of 15. In December 2005, on the payment of grants and support for tools, protective equipment and the like of the Employers ' Student allowance for students in vocational training plus (eud +) and proclamation no. 21 out of 10. In January 2005, on the payment of State aid from the employer's Estate allowance, to cover the expenditure of the professional committee for the Swedes for students who carry out training under the training of vocational training under the law of vocational training.
