§ 1
Notice no. 1049 of 27. October 2005 concerning the placing on the market and the labelling of volatile organic compounds in certain paints and varnishes, as well as products for the authority to repair storage, as amended by publication No 2 ; 1073 of 27. In October 2009, the following changes are made :
1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :
" 1) The European Parliament and Council Directive 2004 /42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council shall be implemented by 21. April 2004 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds from the use of organic solvents in certain paints and varnishes, as well as products for auto-repair storage and amending Directive 1999 /13/EC, the EU-Official Journal of the European Union. 2. Appendix 3 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March, 2011.
