Appendix 1

Publication of the amendment of livestock farming and livestock units for more than three animal units, livestock manure, silage and so on. 1)

(Requirements for manure and manure and other requirements)

§ 1

Notice no. 1695 of 19. In December 2006 on livestock farming and livestock units for more than three animal units, livestock manure, silage, etc., as amended by publication No 2 ; 1209 of 11. October 2007, procladition no. 736 of 30. June 2008, announcement no. 717 of 2. July 2009, proclame no. 935 of 19. July 2010 and Notice no. 949 of 29. July 2010, the following changes are made :

1. The following section shall be inserted after

" § 15 a. For the purposes of this provision :

1) Alarm system : System that can detect the sudden collapse of the surface in the container for the storage of liquid manure and communicate this electronically to the operator.

2) Risk area : Areas where the terrain slopes with an average inclination of more than 6 degrees from the water flow or lakes with an area greater than 100 m 2 .

3) Terrain change : Terenchange, which can be at least withholding 25 m 3 liquefied livestock manure.

4) Containers barrier : Barriers, possibly in the form of soil violence, which may at least be withholding the part of the contents of the container situated above terrain.

Paragraph 2. Containers for the storage of liquid manure, located in a risk area or situated 100 metres or more to the waterway or lake with an area greater than 100 m 2 The equipment must be fitted with an alarm system.

Paragraph 3. Containers for the storage of liquid manure, located in a risk area and more than 100 metres to watercourses or lake with an area greater than 100 m ; 2 must have established a container barrier.

Paragraph 4. Containers situated in a risk area and more than 100 metres from watercourses or lake with an area greater than 100 m ; 2 , must have established a terrain change.

Paragraph 5. Containment of tank containers, cf. paragraph 3, must comply with the conditions set out in Annex 3.

Paragraph 6. Containers for the storage of liquid livestock manure established before the 15th. The year, 2011, is covered by paragraph 3, when the container is 20 years old, must be tangled in the latest. However, the execution must be at least the earliest one. January 2017, cf. however, paragraph 1 7.

Paragraph 7. Containers for the storage of liquid livestock manure covered by the eight-year legal protection, cf. § 40, paragraph. Paragraph 1, in the area of legislation on environmental approval and the use of livestock farming, shall notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1. 7, earlier executed at the end of the legal term, cf. however, the section 40 (s) of the same law. TWO. "

2. I § 37, paragraph. 1, no. 1, is inserted after " section 15, paragraph Paragraph 1 and paragraph. 3-4, " : § 15 a, "

3. Appendix 3 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. February, 2011, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Containers that have been established before the 15th. February 2011, must meet the requirements of section 15 a, paragraph 1. 2 5, as drawn up in section 1, no. 1, in this notice, no later than 1. January 2012. Instead of the establishment of a tank barrier, cf. ~ 15 a (a) (a) 3, as drawn up in section 1, no. 1, in this notice, the operations master may submit a plan to run the container for the municipality board. The plan shall be the municipal board at the latest by 1. October 2011.

Appendix 1

' Appendix 3

In the establishment of tank barriers, cf. ~ 15 a (a) (a) 3, in accordance with Article 31, the following conditions shall be met :

1) The barrier shall be established as a soil violence or a violence of the same material as the container it is kept around. Colors must be in the same color as the container or in the color of the soil.

2) The distance between the container and the barrier must be at a maximum of 20 metres. The barracker's height must be at a maximum of 1 meters below the cube's height above terrain.

3) The barrier is not positioned more than 30 metres to the next-door.

4) By 31. In December of the year following the establishment of the barrier, afforestation shall be established around the barrier or on the barrier itself, if this is established by soil violence. The fencing plantation shall consist of natural native species of leaf species or bushes. `
