Under section 44 and section 72, paragraph 2, of the law on pharmacy company, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 855 of 4. August 2008 fixed: Chapter 1 pharmacy-only medicines, etc.

§ 1. The consumer price for medicines, however, are not medicinal products covered by section 4 or Chapter 2, 3, 4 or 5, consists of the section 2 calculated directory price as well as any applicable fees, see. sections 14 and 15.

§ 2. At the distribution of medicinal products shall be calculated by adding to the price register, after the Danish Medicines Act § 77 notified pharmacy purchase price per package (excluding VAT) to add the following amount, in accordance with article 3. However, paragraph 2:8.5% of Pharmacy purchase price + 6.11 USD, see. However, paragraphs 3-6.

(2). Interior and Health Minister can in specific cases set up directory price for medicines that are dispensed from the Danish State Serum Institute or Veterinary Institute, Technical University of Denmark, and for blood products from private producers of similar nature as the State serology Institute's blood products.

(3). By distribution of medicines to the medicine depots and common medicine store on hospital wards, hospice, prisons and arrest houses, addiction centres for drug and alcohol abusers with associated medical and infirmerier calculate directory price, except for the cases referred to in paragraph 6, by adding to the after section 77 of the Danish Medicines Act notified pharmacy purchase price per package (excluding VAT) to add the following amounts: 3.4% of Pharmacy purchase price + 85 per cent of the Crown amounts referred to in paragraph 1.

(4). The amount in paragraph 3 covers a daily delivery to the institution's medicine depot or another central location at the institution. For services in addition to this agreement, the fee between the Pharmacy and the institution, covering pharmacy's costs of the supplementary allowance.

(5). By distribution of medicines to specialist clinics and health-care professionals, who have bought medicines at a pharmacy for more than 500,000 DKK in the previous calendar year, calculate the register price in accordance with paragraph 3.

(6). By distribution of medicines to the medicine depots and common medicine store on hospital wards, hospice, prisons and arrest houses, addiction centres for drug and alcohol abusers with associated medical and infirmerier issued from the Danish State Serum Institute or Veterinary Institute, Technical University of Denmark, and of blood products from private producers of similar nature as the State serology Institute's blood products shall be calculated by adding to the price after the Danish register § 77 notified pharmacy purchase price per package (excluding VAT) to put 3 percent of Pharmacy purchase price + 40.00 DKK

(7). By negotiation of a drug that is part of a multi pack, exclusively marketed for veterinary use, calculated directory price proportionally according to the multi pack directory price regulation. paragraphs 1, 3, 5 and 6.

(8). By negotiation of a drug that represents a inderpakning, which is obtained by the fragmentation of a veterinary medicinal product packing, calculates directory price proportionally according to the great package directory price regulation. paragraphs 1, 3, 5 and 6.

§ 3. The Danish Medicines Agency publishes directory price of medicines calculated according to § 2, paragraph 1, as well as register the price per unit dose dispensing medicines, see. § 17 in medicine prices.

§ 4. The consumer price for drugs that are not included in the price, and are handed out after special permission from the Danish Medicines Agency, shall be determined in accordance with the rules laid down in sections 1 and 2. Chapter 2 Not pharmacy-only OTC medicines section 5. The consumer price for over-the-counter medicines, which, in accordance with the Danish Medicines Act section 60, paragraph 2, can be negotiated outside the pharmacy, consists of a retail price set by the pharmacist or a sales place approved for distribution of such drugs, see. section 39 of the Danish Medicines Act, as well as possibly dispensary fee, see. (2).

(2). On sale at the drugstore or pharmacy unit of a of paragraph 1 subject to drug after prescription or dispensing fee quote, include the consumer price under section 14.

§ 6. Chapter 3 drugs for food animals § 7. Chapter 4 Magistrally manufactured drugs § 8. The transfer price of extemporaneous medicaments shall be determined on the basis of production costs, see. paragraph 2, as well as a reasonable profit.

(2). Production costs relating to fixed as well as variable costs and covers, among other things. ingredients, including active substances and Excipients, food preparation/mixture, including under special conditions, equipment in connection with the preparation, quality control, packaging, shipping and handling/administration.

§ 9. The transfer price of extemporaneous medicaments are equated with the after section 77 of the Danish Medicines Act notified pharmacy purchase price in connection with extradition to consumer regulation. also section 10.

Chapter 5 Dose dispensed medicinal products § 11. By negotiation of a pharmacy reserved dose dispensed medicinal product the consumer price is calculated based on the number of delivered drug units at a price equivalent to the cheapest price, without prejudice to article directory. § 2, per pharmaceutical unit in a marketed packaging of the medicinal product concerned. Calculation of the consumer price is handled by the ekspederende prescription pharmacy.

(2). The negotiation of a non-pharmacy-only dose dispensed OTC medicine consumer price is calculated based on the number of delivered drug units at a price equivalent to the cheapest retail price per unit provided by the prescription drug ekspederende pharmacy in a marketed packaging of the medicinal product concerned. The drug is only exempted from the pharmacy-reservations in certain sizes, used the cheapest directory price per pharmaceutical unit in a marketed pack size, are not exempt from the pharmacy-reservations, if the unit price is lower than the cheapest retail price per unit provided by the prescription drug ekspederende pharmacy.

§ 12. By dose dispensing prescribed by a physician includes the consumer price a fee to the prescription ekspederende pharmacy (dose processing fee) on us $ 9.50, excl. (2). There shall be no fee in accordance with §§ 14-16.

(3). The prescription ekspederende pharmacy charges a handling fee and dose dose packaging fee from the patient after deduction of any reimbursement, in accordance with article 3. The Danish Medicines Agency's announcement about reimbursement for dose dispensed medicinal products. The ekspederende pharmacy prescription dose packing fee charged settles without deduction of any reimbursement to the pharmacist, who made the dose Pack, see. § 13.

§ 13. In the course of trade with the dose dispensed medicinal products referred to in article 6. pharmacies Act § 12 (1) (8). 2, pay the prescription ekspederende pharmacy the after section 77 of the Danish Medicines Act notified pharmacy purchase price of the dosed quantity units of a drug to the pharmacist, who performs dose Pack. The purchase price shall be calculated by the package pharmacy on packing for a price equivalent to the cheapest pharmacy purchase price per unit in a marketed medicines packaging of the medicinal product concerned.


(2). In the course of trade with the dose dispensed medicinal products covered by section 5 shall pay the purchase price, ekspederende pharmacy the pharmacy prescription paid by the pharmacy that carries out dose Pack, for the dosed quantity units of a drug. Pharmacy purchase price calculated by the package pharmacy on packing for a price equivalent to the cheapest pharmacy purchase price per unit in a marketed medicines packaging of the medicinal product concerned. Chapter 6 Fees for the pharmacy section 14. By the expedition of a prescription, or quote a fee is calculated for each packing (dispensing fee). However, not dispensing fee is calculated by the expedition of the in section 2, paragraph 6, referred to deliveries.

(2). Dispensing fee constitutes 8.00 DKK Excl. VAT.

§ 15. By distribution of medicines, which must be a pharmaceutical finished treatment at pharmacies before drugs are ready for extradition, a fee shall be calculated for each single packaging (finishing fee).

(2). Finishing the fee constitutes 17.50 DKK Excl. VAT.

(3). Medicinal products covered by paragraphs 1 and 2 are listed in annex 1.

§ 16. By the expedition of a prescription prescribed by telephone attributed to a fee for the total prescribing (telephone prescription fee).

(2). Phone prescription fee constitutes 7.00 DKK Excl. VAT.

§ 17. By expedition under guard service or on call service between kl. 20:00 and 23:00. However, on Saturdays from 8.30 a.m. 17:00, and on Sundays and public holidays shall be assigned a fee for the entire expedition (guard fee).

(2). The fee, however, is not conferred by guard expedition of prescriptions dated one of the days covered by the guard.

(3). Guard fee constitutes 16.50 DKK Excl. VAT.

§ 18. By application and the second consignment of medicines, where consumer price shall be calculated in accordance with article 2, paragraph 1, and where the royalty-free delivery is not prescribed pursuant to the notice on the pharmacy opening hours and on-call service, attributed to a fee (application fee).

(2). Application fee to cover the actual costs of delivery and represent minimum 12.00 DKK Excl. VAT, see. However, paragraphs 3 and 4.

(3). By delivery of medicines, where consumer price shall be calculated in accordance with article 2, paragraph 1, to the residents of the institutions to be attributed to each resident's shipping fee of 10.00 DKK Excl. VAT.

(4). By delivery of medicines, where consumer price shall be calculated in accordance with article 2, paragraph 1, and where the drugs delivered through home care to individuals in their own home, to be attributed to each person's shipping fee of 10.00 DKK Excl. VAT.

(5). On the dispatch of medicines purchased by e-commerce represents a minimum fee 15.00 DKK DKK 30.00 Excl. VAT and maximum. VAT provided that payment is made in cash, without prejudice. Article 20, paragraph 4, and to not be required on the same day delivery (shipping fee by e-commerce).

§ 19. By extradition on OTC outlets of consignments of OTC medicines from a pharmacy to be attributed to a fee of DKK Excl. 2.40 VAT per shipment.

§ 20. By charging the payment for medicines, where consumer price shall be calculated in accordance with article 2, paragraph 1, and where there is no paid cash on delivery, attributed to the total amount of a fee (administrative fee).

(2). The administration fee constitutes 15.00 DKK Excl. VAT.

(3). Administrative fee in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be charged a monthly with the individual customer.

(4). As cash payment shall be deemed payment by credit card over the Internet.

§ 21. There can by handling of medicinal products covered by chapters 1, 4 and 5 cannot be charged other fees than those specified in §§ 14-20 said, with less laid down separate rules thereon.

(2). § § 14-20 does not apply at the expedition of 1) medicinal products covered by the Danish Medicines Act section 60 (2), unless these be handled after prescription or quote 2) drugs for the treatment of production animals covered by the Danish Medicines Act section 60, paragraph 3, as well as 3) herbal medicines and other medicinal products covered by the Danish Medicines Act § 34.

§ 22. When performing service tasks and implementation of health promotion and disease prevention activities are delegated to a fee, unless special reasons to the contrary (service fee).

(2). The service fee shall cover at least the cost of performing the task.

(3). By dose dispensing, that is not prescribed by a doctor, to consumers, with the exception of persons, institutions and companies who, in the course of patient treatment, rescue service or other similar apply medicines for treatment of patients will be charged service fee equal to the amount of the fees provided for in § 12.

§ 23. To in section 12, sections 14-20 and section 22 mentioned fees be paid moms.

Chapter 7 Discount services etc. in respect of supplies of medicines from the pharmacy section 24. When settling with a manager of an OTC outlets or a medication dispensing site for delivery of shipments from a pharmacy must be granted the Manager a fee of 4.80 DKK Excl. VAT per consignment, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). When settling with a manager of an OTC outlets for delivery of the consignments of OTC medicines provide the pharmacist a remuneration at 2.40 DKK Excl. VAT. The fee referred to in section 19 shall accrue to the Manager.

(3). To in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be the VAT amount.

§ 25. Payment for pharmaceutical supplies from pharmacies must take place not later than one month after the end of the month in which the delivery has taken place. The pharmacist may however, in exceptional cases determine that payment should be made in cash. By late payment shall apply the rules of law on interest for late payment, etc.

(2). It is a condition for granting the discount in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the payment will take place within the time limit referred to in paragraph 1.

Chapter 8 penal provisions article 26. With fine punished anyone who violates section 2, sections 4-6, §§ 8-20, § 21 (1), sections 22-25 and article 27, paragraph 3-6.

Chapter 9 entry into force and transitional provisions § 27. The notice shall enter into force on the 21. February 2011.

(2). At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 836 of 28. June 2010 on calculation of consumer prices etc. on medicines.

(3). In the period from the 18. October 2010 up to and including the 6. March 2011 is calculated price for institutions, etc., see register. section 2, paragraph 4-6, in accordance with the rules laid down in paragraphs 4 to 6.

(4). By distribution of medicines to the medicine depots and common medicine store on hospital wards, hospice, prisons and arrest houses, addiction centres for drug and alcohol abusers with associated medical and infirmerier calculates the price, apart from the register in section 2, in the cases referred to in paragraph 6, by adding to the after section 77 of the Danish Medicines Act notified pharmacy purchase price per package (excluding VAT) to add the following amounts: 3.4% of Pharmacy purchase price + 85 per cent of it in section 2 of the (1) the said Crown amount + 1.70 kr.

(5). The amount in paragraph 4 covers a daily delivery to the institution's medicine depot or another central location at the institution. For services in addition to this agreement, the fee between the Pharmacy and the institution, covering pharmacy's costs of the supplementary allowance.

(6). By distribution of medicines to specialist clinics and health-care professionals, who have bought medicines at a pharmacy for more than 500,000 DKK in the previous calendar year, calculate the register price in accordance with paragraph 4.
