Notice no. 1695 of 19. In December 2006 on livestock farming and livestock units for more than three animal units, livestock manure, silage, etc. as amended by publication No 2 ; 1209 of 11. October 2007, procladition no. 736 of 30. June 2008, announcement no. 717 of 2. July 2009, proclame no. 935 of 19. July 2010, Notice No 949 of 29. July 2010 and Notice no. A hundred of nine. February 2011, the following changes are made :

May 2010, and section 5 (5). 2 and 3, section 6 (4). 3, section 63, § 78, § 92 and § 93 (3). 1, in the area of the environment-approval etc. of livestock farming, cf. Law Order no. 1486 of 4. " Stop. 4. Except in the rules of the notice, stores with ordinary animal trade, zoos, animal parks, animal hospitals, animal hospitals, animal testing and animal health centres shall be : ` ;

7. Section 2 (2). 2, ITREAS :
" Stop. 2. In the case of a livestock farming or a commercial nature of animal-based conditions or of significant contamination, the municipal management board may, notwithstanding the provisions of this notice, announce injunction in accordance with section 42 of the Act of Protection of the Protection or Section 42 of the Act of Clause ; environmental approval etc. of livestock farming. ' ;
8. I Section 2 (2). 3, the ' Ministry of Family and Consumer Protection ' shall be replaced by : ' Ministry of the Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry '.
9. I § 3 pasted as no. 15 :
" 15) Commertionally animal team : an animal team, as provided for in the notice of the environmental regulation of certain activities, is considered as a business. `
10. Insert after section 3 :
" Chapter One a
Localization of professional animal teams to and with 3 animal units
§ 3 a. Establishment of installations, and extensions and changes to existing commercial livestock teams to and with 3 animal units resulting in increased pollution are not allowed ;
1) in an existing or, according to the framework part of the municipality plan, the urban zone or summer area,
2) in an area in the rural area, which is intended for housing, mixed housing and professions, or for public purposes for the purpose of inhabitable, institutions, recreational purposes and the like,
3) within a distance of less than 50 meters from the number of those in point 2 1 and 2 areas mentioned, or
4) within a distance of less than 50 meters from a neighbor's residence.
Paragraph 2. However, the grant of a grant to rideges and equidae may be communicated by the local authority. The allowance may be granted on terms of the particular requirements for the operation of the property, the furnist, the meeting of the meeting and so on.
§ 3 b. Establishment, expansion and change of dog kennels and other dog-faced dogs with five or more adult dogs over 18 weeks are not allowed within a distance ;
1) 100 metres to neighbouring residence and
2) 200 meters to existing, or according to the framework of the municipality plan the framework, the urban zone area or area of land, and areas of the rural area, which are intended for housing or mixed housing and occupation or public purpose for purpose ; housing, institutions, recreational purposes and the like.
Paragraph 2. However, the establishment, extensions and amendment of female pensions is not permitted in a distance ;
1) 200 metres to neighbouring residential and
2) 300 metres to existing, or according to the framework of the municipality plan the framework, the urban zone area or area of land, and areas of the rural area, which are intended for housing or mixed housing and occupation or public purpose for purpose ; housing, institutions, recreational purposes and the like.
Paragraph 3. Where compliance with the provisions referred to in paragraph 1 One and two of the aforementioned distances shall not be possible, the local authorities may not be able to do so after application has been dispensated. The suspension shall be accompanied by such conditions as to the fact that there will be no immediate risk of material contamination or the nuisance of the environment.
§ 3 c. Establishment, extension or change of stable and similar information to animals, together with modings and open containers for livestock manure, are not permitted within a distance ;
1) 50 metres to general water intake plants,
2) 25 metres to other water intake plants,
3) 15 metres to watercourses (including sinks) and lakes ;
4) 15 meters to public road and private one-way,
5) 25 metres to food business,
6) 50 feet to housing on the same property, and
7) 30 metres next door.
Paragraph 2. A silageo-layer, one-sided containers and sealed containers for manure and wastwater containers may not be established within the products referred to in paragraph 1. 1, no. 1-5 and 7, mentioned distances.
Paragraph 3. Where compliance with the provisions referred to in paragraph 1 One and two of the aforementioned distances shall not be possible, the local authorities may not be able to do so after application has been dispensated. The suspension shall be accompanied by such conditions as to the fact that there will be no immediate risk of material contamination or the nuisance of the environment. The local authority may, at the same time, invite the plant to be more appropriate in order to prevent any significant contamination or the nuisance of the surrounding environment. ` ;
11. Section 5 (5). 1, ITREAS :
' Recovery, extension and amendment of a range of animals for ungrazing shall not be permitted in the sections (a) (a) (a) of the Treaty. 1, no. The areas referred to in Article 3 (a) (a) and (2) (a), 1, no. Three and four, mentioned distances. The city council can dispense with from here to nature care projects. "
12. section 16 (4). 2, ITREAS :
" Stop. 2. 13. I section 24 (2). 3, the following shall be inserted after "precipitation" : or by means of a technology or technology whereby the livestock manure is handled before or in the case of delivery that is listed on the Environmental Management Technology List, having the same effect on ammonia evaporation at the precipitation of a reduction. However, applications may also be made by means of other means of application other than a precipitation where the livestock manure referred to in the case of a technology or technology has been placed on the environmental control list by means of the same effect on ammonia evaporation in connection with the same effect on the environment ; with a delivery, as a precipitation. Where other technology or technology is used other than the precipitation which, according to the technology list, does not have the same Smell-producing effect as a precipitation, the application may not be carried out more than 200 metres to existing urban zone or summer hum or areas in the landing zone, which is intended for housing at local level. ` ;

" Stop. 6. However, the application of liquefied livestock manure on holdings which are authorised to be organic in accordance with the notice of organic production of organic land shall be exempt from paragraph 1. 3, in the period from 1. Feb to 1. May. "
15. § 29, paragraph. 4, ITREAS :
" Stop. 4. The quantity of animal units tested, cf. paragraph Calculated 1-3, calculated from the volume of nitrogen measured in accordance with the heading of the nitrogen. on the use of fertilisers and plant cover, so that the ratio of animal units and the nitrogen content corresponds to that fertilizer production. However, for fertilizers from joint fertilizer installations (common biogas plants and similar), conversion must be made on animal units based on a conversion factor in which an animal unit corresponds to 100 kilograms N ab storage. ` ;
16. I § 29 pasted as paragraph 5 :
" Stop. 5. However, for livestock manure, which may be reduced by 1,4 animal unit per ha;, the ratio may increase to 120 kg N ab storage per unit of storage under the following conditions :
1) the manure is processed in a manure / separation,
2) the total number of animal units in the formed factions must not be altered in proportion to the number of animal units before processing,
3) the number of kilograms of N per unit of animal must be increased only in the educated fractions which have a lower concentration of organic nitrogen other than the livestock manure before processing, and
4) no fraction must have a ratio of less than 40 kg N per unit of animal. ` ;
17. I Section 31 (1). 1 and 2, and Section 32 (1). 1 and 2, is replaced by ' Chapter 2-7 ` to ' § § 3 a-20 `.
18. § 35 ITREAS :
" § 35. The Environmental Management Board may dispense from the requirements of section 3 a-30 and in this connection specify the operating requirements specified in respect of :
1) installations, including stable systems, described in the agricultural building ' s premises ; and
2) attempts, test development and demonstration projects for the development of environmental technologies for livestock farming. ` ;
19. § 37, paragraph. 1, no. 1, ITREAS :
" 1) violates the provisions of sections 4 to 6, section 8 (4). Paragraph 1, paragraph 9, paragraph 9. 1, section 10, section 11, paragraph 1. 1 and 3, section 12 13, section 14, paragraph 1. ONE, ONE. pkt., section 15, paragraph 1. 1 and 3, and section 16-30. "
20. Annex 1, no. 1, the text of Annex 1 to this notice shall be replaced by the following :

Paragraph 1. The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. February, 2011, cf. however, paragraph 1 Two and three.
Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 1, 3, 4, 7 and 9-12, shall enter into force on 1. September, 2011.
Paragraph 3. § 1, no. 20 and 21, enter into force on 1. August, 2011.
Paragraph 4. § 1, no. 14, shall be deleted on 1. May 2014.
