Law amending the Law on TV surveillance and the Act on processing of personal data (Extension of access two television monitoring of municipalities) WE, Margrethe the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of Denmark, hereby make known: the Danish Parliament has passed and We Assent to the following Law: § 1 In the Law on TV surveillance, cf. Consolidated Act No. 1190 of 11 October 2007 , as amended by Law No. 713 of 25 June 2010, is amended as follows: 1. After section 2 added: ' article 2 (a). A local council may after consultation with the chief of police in order to promote confidence make television monitoring of public street, road, square or similar area used for common and Hurgada close proximity to an area that television monitored pursuant to section two 2. 2. ' § 2, Law No. 429 of 31 May 2000, concerning the processing of personal data, as recently amended by § 2 of the Law No. 503 of 12 June 2009, is amended as follows: 1. After section 26 (c) added two Chapter 6a: "section 26 d. (A) the municipality may process visual recordings with personal data recorded in connection with CCTV covered by section 2 of the Act on CCTV NS: 1) the data subject has given his explicit consent to the processing or 2) processing carried out in order to promote ice the confidence of people who frequent the TV-monitored area.
