Appendix 1

Announcement of payment for soil sampling etc., on areas to be used for the cultivation of seed potatoes

In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 1, cf. paragraph 3, no. 9, in the legislation on seeds, potatoes and plants, cf. Law Order no. 195 of 12. In March 2009, Section 11 of the Clause of Plant organisms, cf. Law Order no. 198 of 12. March 2009, and after authorisation :

§ 1. To cover the cost of ground sampling and analysis, etc. on areas to be used for the cultivation of seed potatoes, for the purpose of checking the potato cystenematodes in accordance with the proclamations of breeding, etc., of potatoes, shall be paid fees as set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. To cover the cost of soil testing and analysis, etc., with a view to limiting restrictions imposed following notification on the control of potato cystenodes, the fee shall be paid as set out in Annex 1.

§ 2. Fees shall be decree by claims and payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Paragraph 2. Payable fees shall not be paid in due time, an annual interest rate corresponding to the interest rate in accordance with Article 5 of the Rentel shall be paid. However, interest shall be at least 50 kr.

Paragraph 3. For rememrical letters, a 40-year-fee payment fee is paid.

§ 3. The announcement will enter into force on the 19th. May 2011.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1161 of 7. October 2010 is hereby repealed.

The fee shall cover the preparation, sampling, sampling, laboratory analysis, laboratory analysis, and reporting of the control results and so on.
A sample bag with a size of up to 500 ml of the soil is a test bag.
