March 2009, section 11 of the Act on organisms, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 198 of 12. March 2009, and under the authority fixed: § 1. To cover the costs incurred by the Danish plant Directorate soil sampling and analysis, etc. on the areas to be used for the cultivation of seed potatoes, for control of potato cyst nematodes in accordance with Ordinance on breeding, etc. of potatoes, paid fees as set out in annex 1.

(2). To cover the costs incurred by the Danish plant Directorate soil sampling and analysis, etc. with a view to the reduction of restrictions imposed in accordance with the Ordinance on the control of potato cyst nematodes, paid fee as set out in annex 1.

§ 2. Fees are due upon request and payment must be made within 30 days after the invoice date.

(2). Paid fees due not in a timely fashion, you have to pay an annual interest rate equal to the interest rate under the interest Act § 5. The applied interest, however, is at least 50 us $.

(3). For a reminder fee of reminders 100 kr.

§ 3. The notice shall enter into force on 19 September. May 2011.

(2). Executive Order No. 1161 by 7. October 2010 is repealed.
