Publication of the amendment of the announcement of flexible post-wage

§ 1

Notice no. 1621 of 13. In December 2006, on flexible pay, as amended by announcement No 1 752 of 25. June 2007, announcement no. 354 of 16. 'May 2008, announcement no.' 870 of 27. " August 2008, proclame no. 1277 of 15. December 2008, proclame no. 444 of 28. April 2010 and Notice no. 374 of 28. April 2011, the following changes are made :

1. Section 6 (2). SIX, TWO. pkt., revoked.

2. Section 7 (2). 3, revoked.

3. I § 31 the ' card ' shall be replaced by ' where the Member shall receive deduction corresponding to '.

4. I Section 33 (4). TWO, TWO. Act. , changed "wage period." for : "reporting period."

5. Section 33 (4). 4, no. 3, ITREAS :

" 3) the member has not been informed by the hourly rate to the box before the payment, or

6. Section 45 (3). 1 and 2, ITREAS :

"A-crate pays out after all a member's statement of work and income."

Paragraph 2. A member must submit the information at the end of each payment period, cf. however, paragraph 1 3. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2011.
