Publication of the Realtor Regiment 1)

In accordance with section 25 (1), 2, no. 6 and 7, in the law of the revenues of real estate, cf. Law Order no. 1073 of 2. November 2006 :

§ 1. Recording in the Real Estate Register shall be subject to compliance with the requirements of the section 25 (5) of the law. 2, no. 1-4 and 8-10. In addition, an applicant that does not meet the conditions in the notice of the registration of real-estate agents, etc., established in an EU country, in an EEA country or in Switzerland shall :

1) have proven to have been employed for at least two years at least two years in a housing company with work tasks that can be assumed to have been given practical knowledge of ownership, or through other employment, to have achieved a similar practical operation ; the customer, and

2) provide examination certificate for an undergoing real estate training or equivalent according to the rules laid down by the Ministry of Education.

§ 2. The application shall be submitted to the Erk and Construction Authority and may be submitted on one of the Management Board and the Construction Management Board.

§ 3. The Administrative Board shall send a receipt for receipt of the application within a month. The receipt shall contain information about the time limit for the processing time, cf. paragraph 3, the provision of information relating to redress, and that it may not be regarded as tacit acceptance that the applicant has received no response from the Management Board within the conditions referred to in paragraph 1. 3 fixed time limits.

Paragraph 2. If the application is missing documents, the Errecruitment and Construction Management Board shall inform the applicant as soon as possible, but not later than within one month.

Paragraph 3. The Management Board and the Construction Management Board shall take a reasoned decision on the establishment and registration as a real estate agent, cf. the law on the circulation of real property, section 25, no later than three months after the date of submission of the fully-documented application. However, this period may be extended once by one month, if the complexity of the case justifies it.

§ 4. The announcement will enter into force on the 12th. March, 2010.
