Notice of recording in ejendomsmæglerregistret1) under section 25 (2), nr. 6 and 7 of the law on circulation of property, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1073 by 2. November 2006, fixed: § 1. Recording in the register of real estate is subject to the condition that the applicant meets the requirements set out in article 25, paragraph 2, no. 1-4 and 8-10. In addition, an applicant who does not satisfy the conditions laid down in the Ordinance on the registration of real estate brokers, etc.., established in an EU Member State, in an EEA country or of Switzerland: 1) prove to have been employed on full-time for at least 2 years in a ejendomsformidlings business with work tasks, which can be assumed to have given practical knowledge of real estate intermediation, or through other employment to have obtained a corresponding practical skills and 2) provide evidence of passing the real estate degree or equivalent in accordance with the rules laid down by the Ministry of education.
§ 2. Application must be submitted to the Danish enterprise and construction authority and can be filed in one of the Danish enterprise and construction Authority prepared application form.
§ 3. The Danish enterprise and construction authority sends the acknowledgement of receipt of the application within one month. The receipt shall indicate the deadline for the Agency's processing time, see. (3) information on the means of redress, and that it cannot be seen as a tacit acceptance that the applicant has not received a response from the Agency in paragraph 3 within the time limits laid down.
(2). In the case of missing documents, giving the Danish enterprise and construction authority applicant notification thereof as soon as possible, but not later than within a month.
(3). The Danish enterprise and construction authority shall take a reasoned decision on the establishment and registration as a real estate agent, see. law on circulation of real estate section 25, no later than 3 months after the submission of the fully documented application. However, this period may be extended once by one month, if the complexity of the case so warrant.
§ 4. The notice shall enter into force on 12 December. March 2010.
(2). Executive Order No. 607 of 28. June 1996 for the inclusion in the real estate register shall be repealed.
