Publication of payment for control and so on from seed and seed cereals
In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 3, no. 9, in the legislation on seeds, potatoes and plants, cf. Law Order no. 195 of 12. March 2009, and after authorisation :
Registration fee
§ 1. Entities registered after the notice of seed grain, seed seed and vegetable seed shall pay the registration fees as set out in Annex 1, I ;
§ 2. For establishments which are registered for the first time, the premium registration fee is calculated on the basis of the company ' s information on the expected number of parties produced in the year in question.
Paragraph 2. In the company's second marketing year, the additional registration fees shall be calculated in this calendar year on the basis of the company ' s information on the expected number of parties produced in the year in question.
Paragraph 3. For the third marketing year, the fees shall be calculated during the current calendar year on the basis of the undertaking ' s information on the actual number of parties produced in the immediate preceding year.
§ 3. The annual registration fees shall be charged to the person who is the owner of the establishment at the collection time.
Paragraph 2. Entities resulting from cessation of registration in the course of the calendar year may be reimbursed if the notice of termination has been received in the Department Directorate at the latest on 1. November of the year in question.
Paragraph 3. The company transfer during the calendar year does not involve a refund of fees.
Certification and notification to be audited
§ 4. For the certification of lots, the fee is paid per ' Party as set out in Annex 1, III, A.
Paragraph 2. In the case of breeding tests for breeding-checks, a fee is paid per. breeding spten as set out in Annexes 1, III, B.
Paragraph 3. The fees shall be paid per year for the notification of areas for breeding-checking. notification as laid down in Annexes 1, III, C.
Marsotrol
§ 5. In the official inspection of areas declared for breeding, the initial fee shall be paid as set out in Appendix 1, II, A, in addition to payable fees per year. have as set out in Annex 1, IV. If the power socket is based on large quantities of weeds, lack of care and that may not be carried out in the field of normal use, the time consumption of the checks shall be paid for the checks per person. began an hour and a half, cf. Paragraph 2. If the fields cannot be achieved by car, the actual costs of this part of the transport are paid for the actual costs incurred in the field.
Sampling
§ 6. In the case of sampling, the initial fee shall be paid as laid down in Annex 1, II, A, in addition to the time consumption of the sample for the sample per person ; began an hour and a half, cf. Annex 1, VIII, C, which is paid for at least 2 ½ hours of sampling.
Paragraph 2. If a requisition is not submitted within 2 hours of the agreed time, start fee shall be charged and the fee for 2 ½ hours of sampling, cf. Annexes 1, II, A and VIII, C.
Paragraph 3. The actual costs incurred for the submission of tests and reports to the Plant Directorate shall be paid by the undertaking at the expense of the establishment.
Automatic sampling plant
§ 7. For the approval of automatic sampling plants, the initial fee shall be paid in accordance with Annex 1, II, B. In addition, the time consumption of the plant directorate shall be paid for the preparation, control and reporting per unit. began an hour and a half, cf. Annex 1, VIII, A.
Checks on small packs
§ 8. For the control of small packs of seed seeds and vegetable seeds (land-treatment), the payment shall be paid at the sampling start fee as laid down in Annexes 1, II, A, in addition to the hours of the test procedure laid down in Annex 1, VIII, C, An hour and a half.
Paragraph 2. For the separation of seed seed mixtures prior to the analysis of the control samples, the Plant ' s hours per consumption shall be paid by the plant. started a half-hour, jfr. Annex 1, VIII, B.
Paragraph 3. Analysis of the test samples shall be paid in accordance with the charges set out in Annex 2 and, where appropriate, for inspection purposes, cf. § 9.
Control cultivation
§ 9. For the control-growing of all species of seed seed and seed seed as well as inspection for naked fire in the boil, the initial fee shall be paid as laid down in Annexes 1, II, C. This is to be paid per year. the examination as set out in Annex 1, V.
Paragraph 2. For the control cultivation of vegetable seed, the initial fee shall be paid as laid down in Annex 1, II, C, in addition to the time consumption of the Plant Directorate, as set out in Annexes 1, VIII, A and B, by the plant. An hour and a half.
Paragraph 3. Only an initial fee will be paid per submitted sample.
Certified sampling and analysis, etc. (Property checks)
Authorization for authorization
§ 10. For approval as an approved sampling point or laboratory, the initial fee shall be paid as laid down in Annexes 1, II, B. In addition, the time consumption of the plant directorate shall be paid for the preparation, inspection and reporting requirements of the Plant Directorate. began an hour and a half, cf. Paragraph 2. Per approved sampling point and per a laboratory shall be paid annually as laid down in Annex 1, VI, A.

Authorized Sampling
§ 11. For lots of sampling of authorised sampling, party charges shall be paid per ' Party as set out in Annex 1, VI, B.
§ 12. For process control or post-inspection sampling, a start fee shall be paid per visits as set out in Annexes 1, II, A, in addition to the time consumption of the plant directorate for preparation, inspection and reporting per person ; began an hour and a half, cf. Annex 1, VIII, B.
Authorized analysis, etc.
§ 13. For lots, analysed by authorized seed analysing laboratories and official foreign seed analysis laboratories for the purpose of the EU or OECD certification shall be paid for the party fee as laid down in Annex 1, VI, C.
Training
§ 14. For theoretical course in sampling, including the fees shall be paid in accordance with the fees set out in Annex 1, VI, D, 1. subparagraphs a
Paragraph 2. For the practical examination of the test collection, the initial fee as laid down in Annexes 1, II, B. This is to be paid for the preparation, inspection and reporting time of the plant directorate. began an hour and a half, cf. Annex 1, VIII, A.
Paragraph 3. In the case of the training of samples, and the refining of the fees and fees per year, person, per the day set out in Annex 1, VI, D, point 1 (b).
§ 15. For the examination of the examination, including the reams and the medical examiner as approved in Annex 1, VI, D, no. 2.
Laboratory analysis
§ 16. For the control of the suitor, the initial fee shall be paid as laid down in Annexes 1, II, C, in addition to the fee as laid down in Annexes 2, C and D.
Paragraph 2. Only an initial fee will be paid per submitted sample.
§ 17. If, because of the nature of the test, the analysis cannot be carried out within normal time, the Schedule shall be paid for the time spent by the analysis per unit. began an hour and a half, cf. Annex 1, VIII, B.
Forsizies with major grasses of grasses
§ 18. For approval to produce larger lots of grasses, a fee shall be paid as set out in Annex 1, VII, per. production facilities.

Revaring varieties
§ 19. Entities registered for the purpose of trade and production of conservation varieties shall pay a basic fee for registration of 400 kr. per Years.
Paragraph 2. Per produced batch of conservation varieties, a fee of 200 kr is payable.
Paragraph 3. In the case of the control-growing of lots of conservation varieties, a fee of 1 000 shall be paid, in addition to the time spent by the Plant Agency for analyses per test. started half an hour, cf. Annex 1, VIII, B.
Due date
20. Fees shall be decree by claims and payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Paragraph 2. Payable fees shall not be paid in due time, an annual interest rate corresponding to the interest rate in accordance with Article 5 of the Rentel shall be paid. However, interest shall be at least 50 kr.
Paragraph 3. For rememrical letters, a 40-year-fee payment fee is paid.
Entry into force
§ 21. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. April 2010.
Paragraph 2. Publication no. 6 of 6. In the case of payments for control, etc., with seeds and seed seed, shall be repealed.
