Law on Act on Active Social Policy Law

(The residence requirement of the right of care to be granted to the country of residence)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Act of Active Social Policy, cf. Law Order no. 946 of 1. In October 2009, as last amended by Section 4 of Law No 573 by 31. In May 2010, the following change is made :

1. I Section 11 (1). 4, pasted as 3. and Act 4. :

"Stay abroad on a military mission for the Danish state under the instruction of the defense shall be equal to stay here in the realm." The same applies to residence abroad, where the person of the Danish State has been made available to military missions under the instructions of foreign or international authority. '

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.

Paragraph 2. The law has effect from the 10th. November, 2010.

Paragraph 3. Help that is paid as a result of paragraph 1. 2, not considered to be a fortune to cover the economic need for section 14 of the Act on active social policy. Similarly, aid shall be deemed to be repaid as a result of paragraph 1. 2, not as revenues in accordance with Article 30 of the Act on active social policy.
