Publication of the amendment of the notice on the treatment of child-contribution and conjugal contributions

§ 1

Notice no. 917 of the 28th. In September 2009, on the processing of cases of child support and alimony, the following change shall be made :

1. Section 2 (2). 1, ITREAS :

' The international competence of the Government to treat cases of child and matrimonial matters covered by this notice shall be governed by the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 14720/20, Regulation (EC) No (EC) No (EC) No (EC) No 44/2001 on the jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (Brussels I Regulation), cf. law no. 1563 of 20. In December 2006 on the Brussels I-Regulation, etc., of the Convention of 16. September 1988 on jurisdiction and enforcement of judgments in civil matters, including commercial matters (Lugano Convention) 1) , cf. Notice no. 70 of 12. February 1996, and the Convention of 30. October 2007 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (Lugano Convention), cf. Notice no. 1342 of 10. "December 2009."

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2010.
