Publication of delegation of nominations and dismissal competence

In accordance with section 3 and 26 of the Law on Officials, cf. Law Order no. 488 of 6. The year May 2010 shall be :

§ 1. The HR Director of the Tax Office shall be empowered to appoint and dismiss persons in posts as officials in salary-scale 1 to 35 of the Skatteministum group.

Paragraph 2. The President of the Agricultural Code shall be authorised to appoint and dismiss persons in posts such as civil servants in salary fraction 1 to 35 of the Country Tax Court, with the exception of unclaimed redundancies. The HR Director of the Tax Office shall be empowered to make unclaimed dismissal of persons as mentioned in 1. Act.
