Publication of the amendment of notification of detentional placement

§ 1

Notice no. 988 of 6. In October 2004 on the position of detentions, as amended by Notice No 1. 1419 of 13. December 2006, the following changes are made :

1. After § 19 inserted :

" § 19 a. In the case of police stations where there is no duty officer present, the local police management shall ensure that an experienced police officer has been appointed to carry out the duties of the duty officer in charge of such notification ; Detention of detentions. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2010.
