Law amending the law on the Central Dna-profile-directory, the code of civil procedure and the law on registration of vehicles (Exchange of information on dna-profiles, fingerprints and vehicle with States outside the European Union) WE, MARGRETHE the SECOND, by the grace of God Queen of Denmark, do indeed: the Danish Parliament has adopted and we know Our consent confirmed the following law: § 1 of lov nr. 434 of 31. May 2000 on the Central Dna-profile-directory, as amended, inter alia, by § 1 of lov nr. 479 of 17. June 2008 and at the latest by the law No. 405 of 21. April 2010, is amended as follows: 1. Pursuant to section 5 shall be inserted: ' article 5 (a). The Minister of Justice may, on the basis of an agreement to that effect with a State outside the European Union provide that article 5, paragraph 2, shall apply in the relationship between Denmark and this State. ' § 2 of the law on the Court of Justice, without prejudice. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1053 of 29. October 2009, as amended most recently by § 2 of the law No. 551 of 26. May 2010, is amended as follows: 1. Pursuant to section 116 (a) shall be inserted: ' section 116 (b). The Minister of Justice may, on the basis of an agreement to that effect with a State outside the European Union provide that section 116 (a) shall apply in the relationship between Denmark and this State. ' § 3 of the law No. 309 of 19. April 2006 for the registration of vehicles, as amended most recently by § 2 of the law No. 545 of 26. May 2010, is amended as follows: 1. Under section 18 shall be inserted: ' article 18 (a). The Minister of Justice may, on the basis of an agreement to that effect with a State outside the European Union provide that section 18 (3) shall apply in the relationship between Denmark and this State. ' § 4 the Minister shall pay compensation for the injury caused by the Danish State, and due to the use of false information received from another country by virtue of an agreement concluded in accordance with the rules laid down in this law. Compensation may be reduced or denied if the person seeking compensation itself has given rise to the damage.
§ 5 the Minister shall determine the time of the entry into force of the law and can establish that § including § 1-4 shall enter into force at different times.
§ 6 paragraph 1. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
(2). sections 1 and 4 may, by Royal Decree in whole or in part be put into force for Greenland and the Faroe Islands with the derogations which the Faroese and Greenlandic conditions warrant.
