§ 1

No, no, no. 695 of 22. June 2006 on the distribution, supply and advice for the turnover of real estate (Proposal Order), as amended by Notice No 2 ; 1298 of 8. December 2006 and procladition 215 of 9. In March 2010, the following changes are made :

1. The following section 21 is added :

" § 21 a. In the case of the seller's obligation to supply energy labelling to the property facilitator in accordance with the law on the promotion of energy savings in buildings, the energy label must be made visible in advertisements. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2010.
