Publication of the amendment of the net bill for self-producers of electricity

§ 1

Notice no. 804 of 28. June 2010 on the net bill for self-producers of electricity shall be made as follows :

1. Section 5 (5). 2, no. 3, ITREAS :

" 3) The applicable installations must meet the conditions of net settlement pursuant to section 3 (4). 3. A tenant of a housing or a non-commercial used settlement may notwithstanding section 3 (a). 3, no. 2, get a net check when installations are connected to the tenant ' s consumption installation and the electricity consumption of the tenant is settled individually. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011, and with effect from 1. July, 2010.
