Publication of the amendment of the notice

§ 1

Notice no. 179 of 19. February 2007, at its disposal, as amended by Notice No 616 of 18. June 2007, announcement no. 1083 of 14. September 2007, announcement no. 85 of 5. February 2009, announcement no. 724 of 3. July 2009, proclame no. 1374 of 11. December 2009 and procladition no. 440 of 28. In April 2010, the following changes are negotiated with the Employment Council :

1. Inline the notice shall be replaced by the following :

" In accordance with section 52 f, section 57, paragraph. 5, section 62, paragraph. 6, section 62 (a) (i). 4, section 62 b (b), 3, section 65 (3). 6, section 65 (a), 7, and section 88 (3). 4, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 574 of 27. May 2010, as amended by law no. 701 of 25. In June 2010, after negotiation with the Employment Council :

2. Section 22 (2). 4 and 5, revoked.

3. section 24 (2). 3, revoked.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2010, cf. however, paragraph 1 2. 1)

Paragraph 2. If the case has stopped the down payment and the part shred member before 1. In July 2010, the existing rules shall apply.
