Publication of the amendment of the notification on the labelling and registration of dogs

§ 1

Notice no. 1,500 of 20. In December 2004 on the labelling and registration of dogs, as amended by publication No 2 ; 710 of 29. June 2005, Notice no. 645 of 25. June 2009 and procladition no. 1338 of 17. In December 2009, the following changes are made :

" In accordance with section 1, paragraph, 2, and section 12 (3). Six, in the law of dogs, cf. Law Order no. 259 of 12. April 2005, as amended by law no. 717 of 25. June 2010 shall be fixed : '

2. I Section 1 (1). 1, 2 and 3, "4 months" is replaced by the following : "8 weeks".

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2010 and shall have effect on dogs born after this date.
