§ 1

In order no. 1695 of 19 december 2006 on livestock farming and animal husbandry for more than three livestock units, livestock manure, silage, etc., as amended by Executive order no. 1209 of 11 October 2007, Executive order no. 736 of 30 June 2008 order No. . 717 of 2 July 2009 and Executive Order no. 935 of 19 July 2010, is amended as follows:

1. In § 3, no. 11, the words "Annex 1" to: "Annex 1 or Annex 1A."

2. Annex 1 is replaced by Annex 1 to this Order.

3. After Annex 1 the Annex 1 A, which is replaced by Annex 2 to this Order.

§ 2

The Order comes into force on 1 August 2010.

§ 3

For the processing of application for authorization pursuant to § 10 or approval under §§ 11 and 12 of the Law on environmental approval etc. of livestock farming, submitted to the local council July 31, 2010 or earlier, the calculation of the livestock size converted into livestock units, see. §§ 10 , 11 or 12 of the Act on environmental approval, etc. of livestock after the conversion factors for the calculation of animal units in Annex 1 to the order no. 1695 of 19 december 2006 on livestock farming and animal husbandry for more than three livestock units, livestock manure, silage etc.

For the calculation of livestock units, see. § 3, paragraph. 1, no. 11, the following conversion factors:

(conversion factors have been determined based on standard figures 2008/2009, prepared by the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Aarhus University. 1 animal unit (DE) down from 100 kg N ex storage per DE in the housing system, where the nitrogen content of livestock manure is highest. there shall not be taken into account obsolete housing systems, for certain types of animals takes no account that a small proportion goes on deep litter, and for mink is taken into account that the occupation 2015 will reduce nitrogen excretion by 15%.)

milk yield is the average annuity in kg milk yield control. Herds outside the official milk recording must use delivered milk per cow * 1.07

2) changes in weight limits for bulls shall be adjusted as follows:

Tung race:

a) From birth to 6 months: 1530 kg increment calculated as 1

b) From 6 months to slaughter: 880 kg increment calculated as 1

Jersey:

a) From birth to 6 months: 1380 kg increment calculated as 1

b) From 6 months to slaughter: 933 kg increment calculated as 1

For older bull calves than 6 months calculated correction from the production of male calves from 6 months to slaughter, like young bulls than 6 months calculated from the production of male calves from 0-6 months.

Where the exact weight is not known, set weight to 13 months. As follows:

Bulls, large breed: Birth weight is 40 kg, weight gain is 30 kg per. month up to 6 months and then 33 kg per. month. Bulls, suckler cows is calculated as heavy race.

Jersey bulls: Birth weight is 25 kg, 20 kg per increment. months up to 6 months, and then per 28 kg. month.

Breeding bulls calculated as bulls up to 440 kg for large-breed bulls and 328 kg for Jersey bulls.

3) On farms where farmed or student has a different age structure than normal incidence of breeding cattle stock, the number of year's livestock units per. THE calculated from the average age of farmed the following formulas:

a) Breeding, large breed, 0-6 months: year's livestock units per DE = 8.77 / ((average age in months. * 0.146) +1.93)

b) Breeding, large breed, 6-27 months: year's livestock units per DE = 8.68 / ((average age in months. * 0.146) +1.93)

c) Breeding, Jersey, 0-6 months: year's livestock units per DE = 9.02 / ((average age in months. * 0.115) +1.46)

d) breeding, Jersey, 6-25 months: year's livestock units per DE = 8.76 / ((average age in months * 0.115) +1.46)

Average age in months must be given as the average age throughout the plan period. A year's livestock units calculated as 365 feeding days.

- The produced fertilizer nitrogen, as one animal unit equivalent to 100 kg N ex warehouse at the housing system with minimal nitrogen loss.

- Statement of feed consumption, since the calculations with the 5000 feed units per DE.

- Calculation of the actual content of nutrients (analysis of quantities), with 100 kg N ex storage equals 1 DE.

9) For manure from common manure plants (common biogas plants and similar) must be carried out conversion into animal units from a conversion factor where one livestock unit is equivalent to 100 kg N ex warehouse. "
