§ 1

Notice no. 1695 of 19. In December 2006 on livestock farming and livestock units for more than three animal units, livestock manure, silage, etc., as amended by publication No 2 ; 1209 of 11. October 2007, procladition no. 736 of 30. June 2008, announcement no. 717 of 2. July 2009 and procladition no. 935 of 19. July 2010, the following changes are made :

1. I § 3, nr. 11 in Annex 1, ' Annex 1 ` shall be replaced by ' Annex 1 ` ;

2. Appendix 1 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

3. After Annex 1, insert Annex 1 A, the text of which is replaced by Annex 2 to this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2010.

For the examination of applications for authorization after section 10 or approval after sections 11 and 12 of the approval of livestock farms, and so on of livestock farming, submitted to the municipality board on 31. In July 2010 or earlier, the calculation of the size of the livestock farming is calculated in animal specimens, cf. sections 10, 11 or 12, in the case of livestock farming, etc. of livestock farms, after the conversion factors for the calculation of animal specimens in Annex 1 to the Order No Notice No ; 1695 of 19. In December 2006 on livestock farming and livestock units for more than three animal units, livestock manure, silage, etc.

Paragraph 2. For the examination of applications for authorization after section 10 or approval after sections 11 and 12 of the approval of livestock farms, and so on of livestock farming, submitted to the municipality board on 31. In July 2010 or earlier, the assessment shall be carried out in accordance with Annexes 3 and 4 of the notice. 294 of 31. In March 2009, on the authorisation and approval etc. of livestock farms, using the conversion factors in Annex 1 A.

Paragraph 3. In the case of the examination of the complaint, in accordance with section 10 or for approval under sections 11 and 12 of the approval of livestock farming, where the application for the approved authorisation or approval has been lodged with the municipality of the Administrative Board on 31. For the calculation of animal units, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 11, the following conversion factors are used :

(The Conversion Factors are set out from normal 2008/2009 produced by the Agricultural Science Faculty, Aarhus University. 1 (DE) is set out from 100 kg N ab storage per DE in the stable system where the nitrogen content of the livestock manure is most. However, no account shall be taken of obsolete stable systems, for certain animal types are not taken into account, nor shall it be taken into account for the fact that a small proportion is in depth and in the case of mink, the occupation of the industry by 2015 will reduce the nitrate of nitrogen by 15%.)

1) In the event of a deviant milk, the following shall be corrected as follows :

Tung race :

The conversion factor shall be adjusted so that the number of cows per DE is 1/(0,5654 + 0,0000833 *kg milk),

Jersey :

The conversion factor shall be adjusted so that the number of cows per DE is 1/(0, 4356 + 0,000107 *kg milk),

The milk payment is the average annual allowance in kilograms of milk from the benefit control. Ords outside the official benefit control must be provided with milk per year * 1.07

2) In the case of a weighting weight limits for bulls, the following shall be corrected as follows :

Tung race :

a) From birth to 6 months : 1530 kg of growth is calculated as 1 DE,

b) From six months to slaughter : 880 kg of added value is calculated as 1 DE

Jersey :

a) From birth to 6 months : 1380 kg of growth is calculated as 1 DE

b) From 6 months to culling : 933 kg of growth is calculated as 1 DE

In the case of aged thives than six months, the correction shall be calculated from the production of 20 months for slaughter, just like the younger thirecalf than six months from the production of 20-month calves from 0 to 6 months.

Where the exact weight is not known, the weight shall be determined and 13 months. as follows :

a) Rapist, heavy race, 0-6 mdr : Aarhus per DE = 8 ,77 / ((average age in mdr * 0,146) + 1,93)

b) Rapist, heavy race, 6-27 mdr : Aarhus per DE = 8 ,68 / ((average age in mdr * 0,146) + 1,93)

c) Sport, Jersey, 0-6 mdr : Annual animal per DE = 9 ,02 / ((average in mdr * 0,115) + 1,46)

d) Respiratory, Jersey, 6-25 mdr : Aarhus per DE = 8 ,76 / ((average age in mdr * 0,115) + 1,46)

The average age of the average age shall be indicated as the average age during the entire plan period. An annual animal is calculated as 365 feed days.

4) Normally the rearing of polte for the substitution of exposed breeding animals is contained in "lakes", d.v.s. polte counts as sweetener from 1. running. Until 107 kg is calculated as a butcher's wine.

5) In the following way, by deviating weight limits for piglets and slaughtering pigs :

a) Less than 40 kg : 44940 kg of growth is calculated as 1 DE

b) From 40 to 87 kg : 2910 kg of growth is calculated as 1 DE

c) From weight exceeding 87 kg : 2000 kg of advert is calculated as 1 DE

6) In the absence of an abacant fraction weight than a 7.3 kg, the conversion factor of sows shall be replaced by pigs in the same way as referred to in paragraph 5. The change is calculated based on the current number of piglets.

7) In the case of the deviant slaughter ages for chickens in the range of 25 to 50 days, the quantity produced per DE shall be calculated as follows :

a) Slave shelling under 32 days shall be corrected with 250-produced chickens per day.

b) Carcases between 32-35 days shall be corrected by 233-produced chickens per day.

c) Catchers between 35 to 40 days are corrected with 160-produced chickens per day.

d) Catchers including intime the 40 days of ragings adjusted with 100-produced chickens per day are adjusted per day.

(e) Organic carcases shall be adjusted with 25-produced chickens per day.

8) For the other virtues other than those referred to in the Annex, they shall be converted into animal specimens based on the following calculation methods (prioritized order) :

-WHAT? The content of nitrogen produced by the fertiliser, with 1 unit of animal unit corresponding to 100 kg N ab storage at the stable system with a minimum of nitrogen loss.

-WHAT? Account for the consumption of feed consumption, counting 5 000 feed units per DE.

-WHAT? The assessment of the actual nutrient content (analysis of the quantity of volume) in which 100 kg N ab storage corresponds to 1 DE.

9) For fertilizers from joint fertilizer plants (joint biogas plants and similar), conversion must be made on animal units based on a conversion factor in which an animal unit corresponds to 100 kilograms N ab storage. ` ;

Conversion factors for animal units in respect of the assessment following Annexes 3 and 4 of the notice. 294 of 31. in March 2009, on the authorisation and approval etc. of livestock farms, where the application has been submitted to the Community board by 31 of them. July, 2010.
