Annunciation of the amendment of grants to care of grass and naturai

§ 1

Notice no. 92 of 28. The following changes shall be made in January 2010 on grants to care of grass and paulal areas :

1. After section 14 and before the text title of section 15, the following is inserted :

' Definition and application for 1-year extension

§ 14 a. For an extension at 1-year extension,

1) one or more areas covered by pledges for the grant of the environment-friendly operation of grass and naturai activities in accordance with the notice of the Food Safety Directive (s). 140 of 10. In March 2005, on subsidies for environmentally friendly land use measures, and where the period of time expires on 31. In August 2010, a new pledge of grants under the notice shall be no. 92 of 28. In January 2010, on subsidies for the care of grass and naturai, for the period of the year commentators on 1. September 2010 and expires on 31. August 2011, or

2) one or more areas covered by a new pledge of subsidy, as referred to in point (2), Paragraph 1 shall be subject to a new pledge of grants pursuant to the notice of publication No 2 ; 92 of 28. In January 2010, on subsidies for the care of grass and naturai, for the period of the year commentators on 1. September 2011 and expires on 31. August 2012.

Paragraph 2. For the purposes of Chapter 9, the withdrawal of pledges and the refund of grants, the new 1-year commitment shall be deemed to be a supplement to the care of the pasture and naturai areas, cf. paragraph 1, no. 1, or the new 1-year commitments on grants for care of grass and naturaal care, cf. paragraph 1, no. 2, and the immediate prior commitment to grant for the environmentally friendly operation of the pasture and naturai areas as a single cohesive commitment to grants.

Section 14 b. The application for 1-year extension to a mark may be lodged only if the field is wholly or partially situated within the Natura 2000 area.

Paragraph 2. Section 13 (1). 2, and section 14 c shall apply to the application for a 1-year extension, as referred to in section 14 (a) (1). 1, no. 1.

Paragraph 3. Section 12 and Clause 13 shall apply to the application for a 1-year extension, as referred to in Article 14 (a) (1). 1, no. 2.

Paragraph 4. Section 14 shall apply mutatis mueses to areas covered by the application for a 1-year extension.

§ 14 c. Application for 1-year extension, cf. Section 14 (b) (b) 2, shall be submitted in a special form to be obtained via the Home Deviation by the Food Commercial Home page or by contacting the Food Industry.

Paragraph 2. The application shall be accompanied by a mark card on which the applications applied are identified and identified with the same field numbers and shall include the same areas as shown in the application. A marker card shall be used which satisfies the conditions for the marker card which may be applied to the application for a single payment by 2010.

Paragraph 3. The application, including markkort, may be lodged from the 15th. 1 August 2010 and shall be received in Food Erstice at the latest by 31. "August 2010."

2. I § 16 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 Paragraph 1 shall apply to 1-year extension, cf. Section 14 (a) that the period of the year for the new undertaking shall be 1 year. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. August 2010.
