Ordinance amending Ordinance of planter1) (Urgent measures relating to Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier)) section 1 of the Decree No. 32 of 23. January 2009 on plants, as amended by Decree No. 244 of 27. March 2009, Decree No. 313 of 26. March 2010 and Decree No. 750 by 24. June 2010, is amended as follows: 1. In the footnote to the title, the words ' the Executive Commission decision 2007/365/EC (OJ L 139, p. 24), as amended by Commission decision 2008/776/EC (OJ L 266, 2008, p. 14) ' is replaced by: "Commission decision 2007/365/EC (OJ L 139, p. 24), as last amended by Commission decision of 17. August 2010 (OJ L 226, 2010, p. 42). '
2. Annex 1, section II (a) (ii). 8. (a) is replaced by the following: ' 8. Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier), a red palm snudebille ' 3. Annex 4, paragraph 32. (a) is replaced by the text in annex 1 to this notice.
