Pursuant to section 73 (a), paragraph 2, and section 88 of the law on electricity regulation. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 516 of 20. May 2010, fixed: Chapter 1-approval and publication of the methods section 1. Netvirksomheder, regional transmission operators and Energinet.dk to review the methodologies used to calculate or establish the terms and conditions for their services, including tariffs for Energy supervisory approval.
(2). Energy supervisory approval of methods is a prerequisite for corporate use of the terms and conditions for their services, including tariffs.
(3). Approved methods are published by companies with an indication of the date of approval of the FSA.
(4). Companies must seek approval of subsequent changes in the methods used, including changes as a result of the imposed regulatory requirements.
Chapter 2 Content of netvirksomheders and regional transmission operators methods section 2. Netvirksomheders and regional transmission companies ' methods of pricing must contain an unambiguous division of consumers in buying categories.
(2). Methods must describe how the costs directly attributable to the individual buyer categories, to be allocated to these. It must state what costs covered by this distribution. It must also indicate how the costs are allocated on buyer categories, if they relate to works that relate to several categories, for example, buy some transformer stations.
(3). Methods must contain a description of the allocation keys, which are used for the allocation of costs which are not directly attributable to the individual buyer categories, e.g. administrative costs and energispareomkostninger. It must appear, which costs covered by the individual allocation keys.
(4). Methods must describe the distribution of operating revenue on investment contribution, fixed fee/subscription payment and consumption depending on the tariff, including the possible use of the same allocation principle for all buying categories.
(5). Methods must describe principles for time differentiation and individual buyer categories of opportunity and conditions for obtaining time-differentiated tariffs, including hourly rates.
§ 3. Netvirksomheders and regional transmission companies ' methods for defining other terms relating to the provision for the individual buyer categories, including the fee payment must be approved. Methods shall include the determination of: 1) payment and payment terms, including terms cadences by late or non-payment or default-2) conditions for moving and switching, 3) conditions for connection to the grid, 4) conditions of aggregation of consumer sites, for example, by the merger of apartments, or by Division of the consumer sites and 5) terms in connection with interruptions in the net.
§ 4. Netvirksomheder and regional transmission companies in their notification can rely on standardized methods that are uniquely defined in industry-guides and the like, because the firms in their review of the method under section 1 specifically explain deviations from the standard.
Chapter 3 Content of UREnerginet.dk's methods section 5. Methods contained in the regulations issued by the Energinet.dk pursuant to the electricity Act section 26 (3) of section 27 c, paragraph 11, section 28, paragraph 2, no. 11 and section 31, paragraphs 2 and 3, shall be approved and published in accordance with § 1, in so far as they relate to 1) market access, 2) or (3) the provision of balancing services) access to cross-border infrastructure.
Chapter 4 Criminal provisions § 6.
