Decree amending the Decree on subsidies for the transport by participation in labour market programmes and single subject recorded in a common jurisdiction description
(Reduction of subsidy rate and the introduction of upper mileage limit for reimbursement)
In executive order No. 556 of 8. June 2009 for grants for the transport by participation in labour market programmes and single subject recorded in a common competence description, as amended by Decree No. 109 of 27. January 2010, is amended as follows: 1. Article 1, paragraphs 1 to 7 shall be replaced by the following: ' article 1. Participants who meet the conditions set out in section 21 of the law on labour market training, etc., are entitled to reimbursement for expenses for the transport, see. However, paragraph 8.
(2). The participant is entitled to reimbursement for daily transport between the place of residence and place of training, see. (5). The participant is accommodated during the training, the participant has the right to reimbursement for daily transport between the accommodation and the training site, see. (5).
(3). The participant is accommodated during the training, the participant has the right to reimbursement for the transport between the place of residence and accommodation, see. (6) at the beginning and end of training) 1, 2)-Mikkeli and 3) weekends.
(4). The financial contribution referred to in paragraph 1-3 represent 0.95 € per km in the 2010 level. Mileage rate follows the rate of deduction for transport between home and the workplace over 100 km per day, as fixed by the tax Board in accordance with § 9 C equation.
(5). Subsidy per day for daily transport between the place of residence and place of training and for daily transport between accommodation and training can only be paid for the kilometres beyond the first 24 km. maximum grant for 576 km per day at the transport between the place of residence and place of training and a maximum of 76 km per day at the transport between accommodation and training site.
(6). Grants for carriage in accordance with paragraph 3 may be granted for a maximum of 400 km per trip.
(7). No reimbursement shall be paid if the total grants for a training is below a minimum amount, which is $ 32 2010-level. The minimum amount is adjusted once a year with effect from the first Monday in the month of July with percentage, cf., cf. law on a rate adjustment percentage. The regulated amount rounded to the nearest whole Crown amount. '
section 2 of the Ordinance shall enter into force on 18 October. October 2010. The notice has effect on transport allowances in connection with participation in training the 18. October 2010 or thereafter, regardless of when the application for transport allowances is filed.
