Publication of the amendment of the notification of grants to the carriage of labour by labour market training and individual subjects engaged in a common competence description

(Reduction of the subsidy rate and the introduction of the upper mile limit of grants)

§ 1

Notice no. 556 of 8. In June 2009 on the grant of a grant to the participation of labour market training and individual subjects engaged in a common competence description, as amended by publication No 2 ; 109 of 27. In January 2010, the following changes are made :

1. Section 1 (1). 1-7, ITREAS :

" § 1. Participants that meet the conditions of section 21 of the law on labour market training etc. shall be entitled to grant aid for the provision of the costs of transport, cf. however, paragraph 1 8.

Paragraph 2. Participant shall be entitled to benefit from a daily transport between residence and training, cf. paragraph 5. if the participant is the subject of the training, the participant shall be entitled to benefits for daily transport between the accommodation and training site, cf. paragraph 5.

Paragraph 3. Where the participating participant is the subject of training, the participant shall be entitled to a grant of the residence and accommodation of the accommodation in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Annex. paragraph 6, at

1) the beginning and end of training,

2) Flying holidays ; and

3) weekends.

Paragraph 4. The subsidy under paragraph 1. 1-3 is 0.95 kr. per Miles at 2010-level. The source rate shall be the rate of day off for the carriage of goods between home and work more than 100 km per kilometre per year. the work day, which is set by the Tax Council, in section 9 C of the body.

Paragraph 5. The subsidy per. on day of daily transport between residence and education and to daily transport between the accommodation and the training facility alone may be paid out of the kilometres beyond the first 24 kilometres. A maximum of 576 kilometres per kilometre can be granted. day by means of carriage of residence and training, and a maximum of 76 km per kilometre per year. day by road between accommodation and training.

Paragraph 6. Acitation to the carriage of goods by paragraph 3 may be granted for a maximum of 400 kilometres per Travel.

Paragraph 7. Supplements shall not be paid if the total subsidy for an education is less than a minimum amount of 32 kr. at 2010-level. The minimum amount shall be adjusted annually, with effect from the first Monday of July, with the rate of satuation, cf. Act of a rate adjustment percentage. The amount of the amount regulated shall be rounded to the nearest whole crown amount. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 18-1. October 2010. The announcement shall take effect on the participation of the carriage of passengers in training the 18. In October 2010, or thermigrant, whenever the application for carriage of goods has been filed.
