Publication of the amendment of the Regulation on the regulation of certain industrial greenhouse gases

(Intercourse by automatic termination clause)

§ 1

Notice no. 552 of 2. July 2002 on the regulation of certain industrial greenhouse gases is hereby amended as follows :

1. I § 6 the words ' and is automatically revoked on 1. January, 2011, unless otherwise determined by this date, cf. The letter of the attorney general of the Justice Department of 28. In February 2002, a trial system for the use of automatic termination clauses in certain notices in environmental and working environment '.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November, 2010.
